Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sylacauga

Zero stars, honestly, not even one. This place is complete garbage!!! Service is extraordinary terrible! Employees who prepare the food, obviously can't read...or are simply so lazy that they just throw stuff together. Five later burrito-I have no clue what happened to it, was literally soupy beans and cheese thrown onto ONE burrito and then balled up in the wrapper. Specifically asked for NO SOUR CREAM and NO TOMATOES on a couple of items and somehow sour cream and tomatoes STILL ended up being put on the items. Ticket receipt shows items were rang up correctly, so again, I suppose the employees can't read or just choose not to. Maybe they don't understand what "no sour cream, no tomatoes" means. That means that you DON'T PUT THEM ON THE SPECIFIC...

We ordered on the app for carryout. Wait time seemed reasonable for the amount of food we ordered (like $45 worth). When they gave us our cups they also handed us a baja blast freeze which we didn’t order and I thought was odd. When we got our food, they made our cheese quesadilla into a chicken quesadilla. They also put the wrong sauce on our Cheesy Gordita Crunch. We went up there to fix it and the guy started working on it. When we got the Gordita back, he put some red strips on there, which don’t normally come on it. Wasn’t terrible. I think everything would have gone a lot smoother if they’d actually read the order...

I stopped in Drive thru coming home from work ordered a 12 taco box usually thinking it’s around $21 bucks this time I wanted to add tomato to my tacos the girl comes back and says your total is $32 and some change I’m like wow so I get my receipt and it was $8.40 to add two little flakes of tomato to my tacos lmao I took pictures of this , I mean come on Taco Bell do better , I could have went and spent $2 bucks and bought a tomato for you guys and the amount you put on my tacos y’all could have done 60 more jeez way to lose a customer … But yall...
