Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Sylva

Wife and I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time. It's a new store with obviously new employees. The 5 behind the counter seemed a bit confused at times. I couldn't pick out a manager or supervisor that would supervise or give training. I was a bit concerned with the staff member taking my order since she had hair falling forward covering her face. I don't want to know how much of that hair made its way onto my steak and cheese sandwich. The service was real slow, at best. Our To-Go order took 35 minutes, and we had just one other customer in front of us. Jersey Mike's is quite pricey. Our two subs, and nothing else, cost $31.00. That being said, my steak and cheese sub was better than the one Subway offers. My wife said her Super Sub was a bit less than super. All in all, Jersey Mike's Subs is outside my budget, and I guess I'll have to put up with Subway. At least their staff can keep their hair on top of...

Love this place! Finally a sub shop that knows how to make a philly steak n cheese too 👍You other sub shops and area restaurants should go take lessons! Friendly people, fresh ingredients, fast and efficient. And to Laura Shields, lady I have been in food service for 34 years and I seriously doubt you told the whole truth or story. Even if you are telling the truth, you should still give this place a 4 star rating at the least. Lost your order, found it, and it was wrong? Very doubtful, the way your request is processed and made to order right in front of you. I seriously doubt you have been in food service, let alone any type of food service along that line. Any seasoned food service employee would have never given a new establishment such a rating. Keep up the great work guys! You're an awesome team and you make the best subs in the whole...

First time eating these subs the staff was very friendly and the subs were fresh. They call the 6 inch sub a small and a 12 inch sub large . I got a large wife got the small sub It rang up at over $26 we added no extra toppings this price was for subs only no drinks or chips. As stated the food was satisfactory but we feel over priced for what we recieved and this will keep us from returning here and will buy our subs elsewhere as we couldn't tell really much difference here versus our other sub place here other than the other sub shop is less $ and I have full choice of toppings at no extra cost. I'm afraid after the new wears off this business may have a hard time surviving because of its higher prices compared to its competition right down the street. But I wish...
