There are barely enough adjectives to describe how incredible Mancy’s Italian is. The dining area has a lot of ambiance, cozy booths, romantic lighting, classy artwork. Hostess greeted us warmly, asked our seating preference. Our waitress arrived within 10-15 seconds with ice water and offered a wine list/cocktail menu. Nice wine list with plenty of by the glass options. (They have a bottle shop attached to the restaurant). Drinks were served within a few minutes, waitress brought bread with dipping oil at the same time. For our appetizer we chose to split the zucchini bruschetta and it was delicious, will definitely be attempting at home. Della casa salad was excellent - fresh, crispy lettuce with a light and flavorful dressing served on chilled plates (which I really appreciate). Hubs had the summer squash pasta with added grilled chicken. I had the diavolo pasta - perfectly cooked lobster and shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms in a spicy lobster sauce - saying it was incred doesn’t do it justice. Would definitely order again. Both the service and the food definitely live up to the Mancy reputation!

I ordered POLLO PICATTA Grilled Chicken Breast, Herb Linguine Pasta, Artichokes, Capers, Prosciutto, Lemon Butter, Della Casa Salad washed down with Forbidden Sour. Friendly courteous service. Cool Cozy atmosphere. Reasonably priced food with good portions 👍🏼👍🏼

Terrible! Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. The tortellini was microwaved so long that it was burned, and dried out. Would have loved to tell the server. But it was taking way too long. Our reservation was for 645. We didn’t get food until 8:20pm. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Everything was terrible except for my drink. Though, it took a solid 35 minutes to even receive it. No bread. The 6.00 side salad you had to pay additional for-had 1 drop of dressing. It tasted like dry lettuce. But we waited so long and we were so hungry, that we couldn’t continue to wait. We ate the dry salad just to somewhat fill our stomachs. Good thing we did, because it took an additional hour after dry salads. I’m so mad I paid for a babysitter, and wasted a night out at this place. Do NOT recommend. Mancys-why does the menu say *baked* tortellini? It’s obviously microwaved. You could tell by the huge splatter all around the bowl. Why does a Microwaved tortellini take 90 minutes? There was nothing left in the tortellini except air. Probably stale air, from how long it took.

Absolutely the worst service we’ve ever had at a Mancy’s restaurant. When we walked in I held the first door for my friends, one in a wheelchair. I continued to hold first door for other guests and the big guy manager and TWO host’s stared as my friend struggled with the wheel chair and the second door. Rude. There wasn’t any at the host station, the 3 of them just stood there and stared. We waited for a table and Shane was our server. We asked for waters and at least 10 minutes pass, no water. He finally showed up at our table, no waters, no bread asked if we wanted to order. We had sodas and wine from the bar. Both sodas sat empty the ENTIRE MEAL. We were celebrating so we let it go. Still no water or bread. We finally ordered and one person asked if they had the Tomahawk bone in ribeye. Shane said yes. One ordered salmon and one pasta dish. He brought the salads, still no water or bread, we asked numerous times. We asked for salt and pepper. Nada. We asked for extra cocktail sauce for the shrimp appetizer. Never brought it. Finally got water and bread. The busses brought salt and pepper and the lovely blond noticed we needed something and she brought us oil and parmigiana. When Shane came to clear the appetizer plates, I said I guess we don’t need the extra cocktail sauce because we had long finished the appetizer. We asked for refills several times another glass of wine 3 times. Another server brought our entrees and we said this isn’t the Tomahawk and he said we don’t have that tonight. Salmon and the steak were overcooked but Shane never came back until we were completely finished. We had to stack our dishes and waited forever for even a water refill. We were very disappointed. We ordered coffee tea and dessert and he forgot a spoons. He brought our dessert and we asked for the check. When he brought the check he FINALLY ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING?? WE LAUGHED!! One of our elderly guest was having an issue and we asked the hostess ( who knew where the wheelchair was, because we asked her if it was okay to put the wheelchair in the corner in the lobby looked at us and then looked at her feet. Same hostess saw us struggling with the front door and I said, “ I guess we’ll get that!” Another guest helped us and we were like, can you believe she just stood there doing nothing and stared at us. We are so dissatisfied with everything. We were celebrating and it was such a...

This was by far the poorest interaction with staff and management I have ever experienced, not only was the food tasteless and undercooked but did it look unappetizing. We ordered a $49 steak and it was served with undercooked green beans on a bed of angel hair pasta drowning in tomato paste and salt. My Bolognese when it came out the first time included rock hard pasta that clings to your teeth and a very bland almost chalky meat sauce. That usually happens when a Bolognese is reheated. I sent back the first plate and our server suggested I change noodles because they get made in the morning so I opted for spaghetti, turns out it's angel hair drowning in another chalky , bland Bolognese that I attempted to eat but just couldn't not to mention the audacity to charge $21, after all was said and done the only dish they passed was the salad lmao. I would have gotten past it all if the server and even the manager would have just said I'm sorry let's see what we can do. Our issues were met with, if you had ordered this is would have been different and my favorite response ever, I followed protocol so I don't know what I'm supposed to do. Needless to say for my first Mancy's experience it will be my last because even a can of spaghettioos would have been better than what was served. And to Management DO BETTER BY THE PEOPLE WHO SPEND THAT...

My wife and I went to eat there for dinner one night because of a recommendation. We were sat fairly quick. When we were asked for drinks drinks my wife asked for a Pepsi and I asked for a Mountain Dew. Our waitress comes back, gives my wife her drink and gives us more time to look over the menus. When she comes back I ask her about my drink and she states we don’t have Mountain Dew. Just wondering why I asked if they didn’t have any syrup for it. She said no, we do have Mountain Dew but it’s for EMPLOYEES ONLY. This kinda blew my mind that Mountain Dew was for employees only but got Sierra Mist instead. For dinner my wife ordered the Pollo Parmesan and said the chicken was good but the sauce was missing something. I ordered the Pollo Picatta which had some decent elements but was overall bland. For dessert we had the Tiramisu. The Tiramisu was dry and didn’t have any taste of Espresso & Rum. Overall the food was bland and overpriced. The service wasn’t that great as well since we maybe saw our waitress 4 times. This is frustrating because it would have been nice to get a refill on our drinks. For our first experience at a Mancy’s restaurant I feel like we were let down by...
