Terrible Hospitality and Customer Service - Not planning to return I am an ASIAN and this is my review for Asian Paradise Restaurant after my 4th visit to the place. For the initial 3 times, though I was not happy with the customer service and hospitality I received, I returned that place since I liked the quality and taste of the food they served and it is located pretty near to my residence. But probably after the treatment, I experienced on 31st night when I dined in there with my family, I will not go back to that place even though I do not find a better quality Asian restaurant near to my neighborhood. I review restaurants based on 3 parameters: Food quality and Taste, Ambiance and hygiene, and most importantly hospitality and customer service. I need to state that this restaurant scores 0 on hospitality and customer service after my last visit. After we were seated, we waited for at least 15 mins until someone came to take our initial beverage order. Note: It was not crowded at that time. We waited patiently. Then the waiter came with no smile on his face, did not bother to greet us. ASKED for the drink order as if he is ordering us. Then the person came back for taking the food order after 15 more minutes after he served the glasses of drinks. This is time as well he did not bother to smile and ask politely what we would like to have. In short, we seated there with no food for 50 minutes. Now comes the most notable part of my 31 st night fine dine-in experience that kind of forced me to invest my time in writing the lengthy review and let people know my experience in Asian paradise restaurant. They charged an amount that exceeded the amount we tipped which is a display of fraudulent behavior. Note: As stated in a government site a tip is a VOLUNTARY amount left by a patron for an employee for the goods sold or...

TL, DR: I love this restaurant for take out and to dine in.

When you walk into the resteraunt it will exceed all your expectations. The room vibe is smart casual, i wouldn't say you need to dress in your sunday best but I would say the majority of people are not dressed in gym clothes (not that you wouldn't be welcomed if you were, as a regular I have seen it before). The reseraunt is dimly lit with a beautiful giant indoor tree in the middle of the dining room. This place has great ambiance for a date but can also be enjoyable with a family- I myself have experienced both with a great experience both ways.

The staff is always extremely attentive and kind. They are dressed in business attire and always have had a smile. They are part of what makes this place so great.

The take out is just as high quality as the dine in food. I have never had a dish I don't enjoy, but my favorite is the Pan Asian Grilled Salmon. I love salmon in general, but this dish is phenomenal. The combination of veggies, salmon, and sauce pairs pefectly. I really enjoy their sushi as well. The eraser roll is my favorite of...

I’ve been to many Asian restaurants, and unfortunately, I wasn’t very impressed with the food at Asian Paradise. It’s located in a shopping center, so parking is fairly convenient. The interior decor is beautifully done — the ambience definitely gives you a feeling of being transported somewhere else, which is a nice touch. That said, I found the pricing to be on the higher side for what you get. I ordered the Pad Thai with scallops, spring rolls, and the house special pan-fried noodles with chicken, pork, and shrimp. While the portions for the entrées were generous, the flavors didn’t quite meet expectations. The Pad Thai and noodles lacked the bold, authentic taste I was hoping for, and the spring rolls were disappointingly small. On a positive note, the service was great — the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. So while the food wasn’t quite to my liking, the service and atmosphere were definitely highlights.

Service and Atmosphere would earn this restaurant a score of 6 stats not just 5. I would best describe Asian Paradise by using an old idiom - "Don't judge a book by its cover". Looking from the outside Asian Paradise looks like just another restaurant in a strip mall, but do yourselves a favor, step inside and be ready to escape the drudgery of the city life, walk into an absolute tranquil and peaceful establishment adorned with incredible art, statues and a very realistic looking tree! Yes I said tree and the pictures don't do it justice. Our server who I should have asked what his name, was absolutely AMAZING! Attentive, kind, patient and informative when asked for recommendations. Ohhhh let's not forget the food. Best seaweed salad I have ever had. Sushi was delicious and the yellow beef curry dish was scrumptious! Can't wait to visit the area again, this experience would be hard to replicate anywhere else.
