Honestly, this Chipotle changed my whole day. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I walked out of this Chipotle feeling so genuinely impressed — I had to say something. First off, the team here? Absolute all-stars. I walked in expecting a typical quick meal, but from the second I got in line, I noticed how different this place felt. From the moment we walked in — with kids in tow — the atmosphere was clean, calm, and surprisingly kid-friendly. That’s something you don’t always expect from a fast casual spot, but this team made it feel easy and welcoming. It’s clear the staff knows how to create an environment where families and individuals feel comfortable. Ethan was the first person to greet us, and he instantly set the tone. Super friendly, upbeat, and patient — especially with our kids as they figured out their orders (and changed their minds a few times). He didn’t rush anyone, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every bowl and burrito came out exactly how we wanted it. He genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience, and it showed. The energy was positive, the restaurant was spotless, and the people behind the counter were moving fast but still actually talking to customers like people. They were friendly, patient, and totally locked in. When I hesitated on what to add, they offered suggestions like they actually cared that I’d enjoy it. It’s such a small thing, but it really hit me. You can tell this crew has pride in what they do. My burrito was wrapped perfectly (not an easy task), everything tasted super fresh, and it honestly felt like someone had made it for me — not just slapped it together to keep the line moving. I left in a better mood than I came in with. And that’s not something I say about fast food often. Sean at the grill — absolutely killing it behind the scenes. The steak and chicken were coming out perfectly cooked, fresh, and with that signature Chipotle flavor we all love. The food tasted better because of it — plain and simple.
To whoever’s managing this team: thank you. You’re doing something right. I hope someone reads this and realizes what an impact great service can...
Read moreWhen I arrive just before 5:30, the restaurant was obviously udnerstaffed. None of the tables were wiped down, floors were dirty, and I could only see two employees actively working behind the counter. One was cooking chicken and the other was making the food veerrryyyyy slowly. There might have been one other person at the drive-thru window.
Either way. They were about five people in line in front of me and the line didn't move for 10 minutes. Eventually several more employees showed up, for a shift change I guess, but none thought it was important to jump in and help despite the fact that the only two people working were clearly overwhelmed.
I don't know why the line was so slow except for the fact that only one person was working on it but eventually we were able to order our food but then took another few minutes for anyone to show up to the register to actually let me pay for it. That took a few more minutes for someone to know so we never got our chips which turned out to be stale once we ended up getting them.
There was a gentleman there who looked like he was a manager, but he of course took a bathroom break as soon as we showed up (when things were busy) and never once pitched in to help anyone do anything. Once we sat down and got our food it looks like he was taking that time to train another employee or something rather than actually helping the ever-going line of customers actually get their food and get out the door.
Usually this place is okay but as the others have commented recently, it really does seem to be in decline. None of the employees seem to want to be there and they surely don't show any sense of urgency to move any faster and help customers get their food.
The store is dirty, the chips are stale, and the service is slow which really makes me wonder if they are taking enough time to keep on top of hygiene and food safety if they can barely make a...
Read moreYou ever see a person fake yawn? If not, come to this place and look for the sleep deprived girl w glasses. Today, she was the only one on line, despite having many other employees there. Standing in the line, I watched her yawn at least 15 times in the span of about ten minutes. I get being tired at work but this girl was very obviously fake yawning. It’s hard to explain but you can just tell when someone’s fake yawning. Every 2-3 yawns she touched her gloved hand to her mouth then continued making food, no gloves changed. I only noticed her yawning when I got to the counter to place my order and not when I was in line, so no clue as to the TYC (total yawn count) of the duration of my visit but it’s likely to be in the hundreds.
The yawning alone was bizarre, but the girls completely lack of urgency just added to the strange nature of the visit. Despite her coworkers rushing around her, she moved at a snail’s pace. Now, you may be thinking, “This review must be an exaggeration” but I can assure you it isn’t. At the register, we paid and our food was bagged and slid across the wet counter. I carried the soggy bag out and headed home.
I was in line for approx. 45 minutes.
When I got home, the bottom of the bag fell out on my porch, spilling the...
