Burger King — Restaurant in Tacoma

This was the most AWFUL hands down one of the absolute WORST experiences I've ever had at a fast food establishment! I originally was going to go through the drive thru but I needed to use the restroom extremely badly and could not wait any longer( I have medical issues related to my kidney and bladder and im unable to hold it, when I feel it's time to go I have to go right away...) so I went inside to use the restroom and then was going to place my order, the worker behind the counter informed me that I would have to order my food first before he would give me the code to open the bathroom door for me, I'm asked him nicely but also in a urgent voice to please let me use the bathroom and I would come right out and order my food, The employee looked at me unsympathetic and refused to open the bathroom door still, so I can return to the parking lot and get my boyfriend who was going to pay for our meals and wait for him to get out of the car, lock the doors, and walk across the parking lot before we came back inside, at this point I'm doing the wiggle dance and I'm scared to death im going to have an accident right there in front of the counter to place orders...the employee still didn't care, so I quickly placed my order thinking that at that point he would then unlock the bathroom door for me continue the transaction once I was let in the bathroom....but NOPE! The employee is still continue to stand in front of the organization looking at me with absolutely no compassion for my situation enter his sweet time finishing up my boyfriend's over and taking the payment but even then once that had been completed he still didn't allow the bathroom door for me he said he'll be on walking over to where the fire station was and was going to start doing something completely unnecessary instead of letting me in the freaking bathroom! At this point I was so frustrated I was pleading with him to let me in the bathroom please and he slowly walked over to the bathroom door and FINALLY unlocked the door for me to get on the bathroom!!! I honest to God was blown away by this man who was representing the burger king corporation....that is just totally wrong and I can assure you I will never return to this establishment, I hipe if you've made it to the end of this review, you'll take my experience into consideration before you waist your time or money at this location.

Side note...once I finally was able to access the bathroom, it was not very clean or well kept either ...I didn't feel like they cared whether their establishment was seen as being neat and tidy but rather left on obviously dirty areas uncleaned and unstalked....go...

This is for the BK on 72nd Street Tacoma. If I can give this place a negative star, i would! Just 30 minutes ago I had a horrible customer services experience at the drive through. I pulled in to order, the girl who took order asked me to hold for 5 minutes, then at the cashier window, they repeated my order and i found out it was incorrect- this cashier tried to take my order again and gave me the receipt . Then at the food receiving window when another girl gave me my food, i notice on the receipt that one item is incorrect, i showed it to her and before I could finish my confirmation, she SIGHED and said "Your hamburger is in there okay?" And she looked like I was bothering her with my question and as if she was ready to yell at me. I had 3 bad experience at 3 windows at this Burger King drive through today. Especially the girl who gave me food should not be in customer service business if she does not know how to treat customers with respect. I threw away the food and called my credit card company to dispute this charge for horrible service. I cannot swallow the food after i feel like someone threw it at my face after I paid them for it. $11 is nothing for me but they do not deserve a dime for this bad service. I felt so disrespected that I took the time to review them. I will not be back to any Burger King in this life time. I have better services at other fast food places.

BK, if you want to hire people to serve food, find someone who can show customers respect . Otherwise, no more...

Thought I'd save you some time on reviewing their new hand breaded chicken sandwich that came out 6/1/21. It has a hint of sweetness to it. The spicy version I got isn't as spicy as their other one. The special sauce isn't bad, but the heat comes from pouring sauce on top of it and then on top of that adding the special sauce. The pickles have a decent crunch but don't make the sandwich. The meat want juicy but it was thick and tasty. The breading stayed on but it wasn't very crunchy. At all. The bun was pretty good and if paired with a Popeye's chicken sandwich would make theirs much better. That being said. It was the first day they offered it here in Tacoma so maybe it'll be crunchier next time, but I really need the seasoning on the chicken in a way where sauce isn't poured over it. In case you wanted to know better chicken sandwiches, there's Popeye's, McDonald's and even KFC's new sandwiches are better, but not by much except Popeye's sandwich. If you're in Tacoma, go get a good chicken sandwich from either Odin Brewing or Dusty's hideaway if you're looking for flavor that's pretty memorable. Or really any decent bar will have a good chicken sandwich or even getting some fried chicken from Han's off south Tacoma way or Pacific Southern. Good luck in the hunt for tasty chicken. It's not at most...
