We had a horrible experience with Sammy's last night. It seems to be related to the ONLINE ordering process. We ordered Pizza online at 6:25 p.m. and lost track what time it was, and curious at 7:25 p.m. why the pizza delivery hadn't arrived yet and why we didn't get notification of when Pizza was coming. I called Sammy's directly and was told it was on the way and should be there in 10 minutes. I also asked why we didn't get any notifications and he said, I don't know how the online ordering works. We called back at 7:45, which was 25 minutes later and said, my driver has been driving around for an hour and can't find your house and we have called you several times and get a medical office recording. This story was very different from my 7:25 conversation saying it was 10 min out. We have never used any other phone number on the account other than our personal cell under our Sammy's account. . We have been pretty regular customers of Sammy's and mostly always get delivery. We said the Pizza will now be cold and we pretty hungry and couldn't wait any longer for the delivery to re route. We said we wanted to cancel the pizza order. The person on the phone was a little surprised and/ or agitated that we would cancel. I said yes, we want to cancel and be credited and that we were pretty much done with Sammy's. The person on the phone said he would credit the account and then said Have a good life and hung up! I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he said " I AM THE MANAGER " and I was the one who told you to have a good life! We wanted to confirm he credited us for the Pizza we didn't get. We checked the bank account and we have not been credited yet. Our opinion, we used to LOVE SAMMY's a year ago and would meet with our grown children and grandchild at Sammy's as well as order online monthly. This has not been the case lately because we feel the value for the price doesn't match the quality. The pizza used to be better, and something has changed, not sure what it is, but the manager needs lessons on customer service. He should have apologized for the delivery delay and said the Pizza was on them, NO CHARGE and that he valued our business. He chose to hang up! He lost a customer and bad news travels faster than good news. We hope Sammy's can recover from their short comings as we are going to look for another Pizza Delivery company that values their customers. For now, we are not using Sammy's, perhaps in the future if we hear of...

The owner is shaking things up by adding new menu items and actually lowering the prices of the pizza! Now at Sammy's you can get an order of a 2 or 4 piece fried chicken with cole slaw and potato wedges. They've done away with the bulky hoagie rolls and now have flatbread sandwiches! I do miss the potato sidewinders though. They now have an appetizer menu which offers chips and salsa, add guacamole for an extra charge or sheet pan nachos add guacamole for an extra charge LOL. The staples are still there like the BBQ riblets and the many options of garlic bread too. The salads are different now and they also offer some of the best cake you've ever tried! The ambience at this location is really chill and when the weather is warm, they open up the wall of the bar to let fresh air in. They have a stocked bar and a nice selection of beer and wine both on tap and in bottles and cans. The pizza is the star of the show as usual and they've now started a specialty pizza of the month. The weekly specials are all still in effect and with the price reduction, you can afford to indulge in some pizza pie a bit more often! Fresh dough made daily with a plethora of great ingredients for topping your pizza set Sammy's far apart from the big conveyor belt chains. Could they be better? Absolutely but they are one the best around in my opinion and I've been a pizza snob for as long as I can remember. The staff is always friendly but the place usually seems a bit understaffed too. If you're at the bar and need a refill, you'll have to yell at someone or get up and walk to the counter. They have also added new entertainment options like trivia and bingo nights with no cover charges! If you're looking to raise money for your cause, Sammy's will partner with you or if you just need a giant party catered, they can do that too! Don't sleep on Sammy's, home of the Bigfoot! They are a welcome addition to the community that the community has come to appreciate...

I am a local customer and have spent thousands of dollars with Sammy’s pizza. Recently both the food and the service have steadily declined, and now it has become so bad that I need to warn potential customers to save them from the grief that they will inevitably be subject to. This place run by a bunch of kids who literally do not care about your pizza or you as a customer. I’ve had multiple poor experiences in a row, and today took the cake. I wasted 30 minutes when I called in multiple times and immediately got placed on an indefinite hold each time. I then placed an online order, which took 2.5 hours to get to my door. I called after about 1.5 hours and they told me my pizzas have been done but they are waiting for a driver to deliver them. I politely asked for a refund since I did not want cold pizza and they acted like it was a joke and refused. After refusing to refund me, they told me they needed to place me on hold (AGAIN) and I foolishly sat on the line waiting as if I didn’t learn the first three times that they are really just hanging up on me by placing me on hold. I made my kids top ramen after about 30 more minutes of waiting. The pizzas arrived burnt to a crisp. The pizza was so burnt it had to be intentional. I would have called for a refund, but I am absolutely positive that they will just put me on hold until I hang up again. To whoever owns this place: you are literally letting your staff run your business into the ground. I once spoke so highly of Sammy’s, but now it is an absolute nightmare. If you care about your customers and your business, I suggest you take...

tried this place on doordash once and it was absolutely delicious, so i went in with a friend recently to get a couple pizzas to go. was definitely just as delicious the second time. have only had the 8", and 8" might sound small but they dont seem meager or anything, the portions are the perfect amount, they totally make a great little satisfying meal. i definitely think this places prices are fair. there are restaurants with pizza that isnt even Close to being Half as delicious as this, that are charging much, MUCH more. i got the Garlic Pesto both times and adored it, my friend got the Nutty & Spicy and they loved it-- i tried a bite too, and it was super good. i was surprised by how great i thought it was because its not something id usually like. the cashews go SO well with the other flavors, they really make it so much better. they may look a little burnt in the picture but dont let it scare you, they didnt taste burnt at all. when we went, there was only one person working, who was tending to all of the pizza customers And all the people sitting at the bar to drink, so huge shout out to them. they were also polite. thank you for your efforts. the wait was no problem, we just used it to have fun with the giant connect 4 board in the dining room. there are other games as well, and one of those things where you can choose the music. i definitely recommend this place (-:

I was disappointed with this place. I came here because of what I remember an earlier of the 4.6 rating. I saw the ad for the Bigfoot Pizza. So we ordered it. I asked the cashier guy about what goes on the pizza, and he said "see all that?" Pointing to the ingredients in the kitchen. " all of those go on the pizza." So I was under the impression that it was gonna have a lot of chunky toppings, like really loaded. I brought my kids with me. We were excited for the "Bigfoot" Pizza. But when the Pizza came, It was very unimpressive. The pizza had all of the toppings he pointed to but it seems like they put the least amount possible of each of those toppings. In a nutshell, there was a lot more bread than toppings for what we paid for. It was like a little as smaller circumference than a Costco sized pizza. The person who served the pizza was trying his best to have good customer service but the product did not deliver. Taste was just ok, and I saw the kids reaction to it too, they weren't excited about it either. They're usually excited about pizza. Sorry but one of my pet peeves is just that, pizza that's mostly bread... Like the cheap Caesars pizza. If it's gonna have a "Bigfoot" name it should have something significant that makes it "Bigfoot " like it's Bigfoot taste, or Bigfoot size... 🤷‍♂️
