The garden is nothing spectacular. However, the entire park that includes the Chinese history of immigrants, the bridge and garden pagoda, all added to the scenery. There is a nice path which you could access on a wheelchair, but if you're able to go "off" the trail a little (be aware of vegetation!), there is a great spot right near the water. The showers used to not work, but I've heard they have been fixed. Warning for swimmers- the water is cold because it is Puget sound and connected to the ocean.
