Cravin’ Crawfish — Restaurant in Tacoma

Cravin Crawfish just lost a loyal customer. I wish I can give you no stars. Today I called in a order for my lunch. And boy do I tell you that boil smelt straight up OLD AND SOUR. This isn’t the first time that this had happened and NOTHING was done about it. 50 bucks for lunch is not cheap! I expect to Receive FRESH SEAFOOD. NOT FROZEN!!!! Spoke to Vu and his response is “I’m not going to argue with you” “bring it back” First of all I wasn’t arguing with this dude I simply explained to him that I received OLD AND FROZEN SHRIMP AND CRAWFISH. For anyone wanting seafood please do yourself a favor and RUN from this place. They are dishonest and unethical. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just horrible. I CANT WAIT FOR CRAB KING TO OPEN IN TACOMA and SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Screw you cravin crawfish! And VU .. stop being cheap and go buy...

Been ordering from here since they opened but their response to over charging me $50.00 (since they now make you pay upon ordering when calling in WHICH is UNDERSTANDABLE) honestly made me feel so way. Previously gave rave reviews and recommendations because their food is good and close in location. I usually spend $40.00 per order plus tip and order 3 to 4 times a month . I notice they overcharged me so contacted the store prior to contacting my bank to see if it could be handled. I was talked to rude, cut off and told their is no way to prove it. I didn't even want to argue. I eat here consistently and all of sudden to be treated as a liar and theif on one order really showed me how they will treat their customers. The new young teenager that works there has no customer service skills and was VERY rude. Check...

I ordered the 1/2lb combo, 1lb combo, & Vietnamese wings....

142 dollars & all I can say is that the crawfish were cooked well. The shrimp were so mushy & the crab were dirty looking & little. The sauce was so watery I saw it separating in the bag it looked like garbage water & it was so watery the sauce barely had flavor. I ordered the Vietnamese wings & it's nothing but the seafood sauce on the wings(seafood flavored wings...YUM)😒🤨... we didn't finish 142 dollars worth of food it was that bad. We didn't get the proper flavors & the menu online, in the bldg, & on the board is all different...Of course market price change but to have 3 different prices is ridiculous...I told them about it & they didn't care. I wish I had took pictures but...
