Steve Perry is the best of the best at Ben Bridge! My partner and I are living in Mexico while planning a wedding in Seattle, WA. We have been working with short timelines and quick visits to Washington/Oregon to prepare. We started our engagement ring search virtually and narrowed down our favorite options, which were available at Ben Bridge Tacoma and Tiffany's Seattle. Ben Bridge quickly became our preferred option due to Steve's swift email responses and the availability of unique beautiful ruby rings (part of the 2021 Kaleidoscope Collection) - which we could not find anywhere else. Our experience was made even better once we met Steve in person at Ben Bridge Tacoma. He had diligently prepared the selection of rings that I requested via email (all rings were at different locations initially) and he was organized, sociable, and professional. We are not familiar with rings or sizing at all, and found Steve's approach very welcoming, educational, and delivered with great ease - absolutely no pressure involved. This was a contrast to our experience at other jewelry stores and with other agents. Once we found our perfect rings at Ben Bridge, Steve continued to be a fabulous help by engraving and resizing the rings in a timely manner. He worked around our schedules and delivered exactly what we needed from each interaction and visit. Jasmine assisted with our order of a 1ct diamond tennis bracelet, over $2,600. They initially stated 7-10 days. After zero communication, we finally got a call after a month later stating the bracelet was in. When I went to collect, Jasmine and the store manager could not find the bracelet, have no idea where it could be and stated itās āmissingā. The store managers explanation was: āI donāt know what to tell you.ā Over a month later we still donāt have the item and are still waiting. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: Since posting this, the new store manager, Olivia, reached out to my wife and I. While the above incident did still happen, we feel that we can move forward. Since this, and even prior, we have always had great customer service and care. Which I think is why we were left so confused and frustrated. We are assuming/hoping it was a one off incident. Iāve seen so many different managers and supervisors come and go at this Ben Bridge but they have one of the best that I truly admire and respect and thatās my girl Olivia. Sheās such a great asset to Ben Bridge and yesterday she definitely demonstrated great leadership qualities as well as integrity and empathy. When I tell you that Iām very selective of who I vibe with and I deal with nothing less than the best, Steve and Olivia both are my team jewelers. You canāt go wrong with either of them. The customer service is magical and they are more like family because of the quality and care that they give you as a customer. They both actually care! Itās not about the money or the sale they really care about you as an individual!
