Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tacoma

I won't say much. Another burnt pizza. Happens every time the female is working. Would’ve said something to her AGAIN but had no time to spare. April 14th 2025. Just look at the low reviews & everything said is true. Rude staff. Barely speak understandable English. Definitely don't understand English very well. Order online then call to make sure the orders going to be right. Show up & order is wrong. Driest pizzas I've ever had to many times after calling & asking for a little extra sauce they obviously ignore you. I’m editing this review to tell people to go to Tacoma Central store. WAY BTR PIZZA!!!!! Need to add on to the crap service. They changed sausage to some kinda chunks but picture of pizza looks like normal Italian sausage but it’s not. They completely blew me off when I showed them my pizzas sausage & they pizza on the app. They all started talking to each other other in their native language so I couldn’t understand anything & just walked away. I wish I could show the pictures of the 2 different pizzas & what app looks like & the mystery meat they call sausage now. Never ordering another pizza from Little Caesars!!! Ur chance of getting a decent pizza is barely 50/50 especially online ordering. I tried 1 last time in mid May 2025. The pizza was so uncooked it was white. Mushy & had a very sour smell. Tried calling. No answer. Went in & they looked at me like I was stupid. Language barrier is SO BAD THERE NO ONE EVER...

I went in at 9:20pm, they said they didn't have bread sticks, so I ordered 2 pizzas. They charged me for one. I was told 15 minutes for wait time and went back out to my car to wait. When I came back in, and asked about my order, Both men working were talking to each other under their breath, looking at me up and down, and laughing. They asked me for my Instagram and phone number and asked what country I am from. During the interaction one of the workers went outside and opened the trunk of his car, and pulled out a big bottle and showed it to the cashier, who then laughed and asked me if I drank and asked me if I did 'hookah'. Then the the other worker came back inside, grabbed a small bag from the back that had a spoon sticking out of it, and went back outside. I asked about my order again and they handed it to me, it was sitting behind the counter the whole time. It was an extremely uncomfortable interaction. I am a family therapist and was picking up food for my clients, I had my badge on, with my clients waiting for me in my car, 2 young girls. So grateful I had them waiting in the car so they were not exposed to this...

Ordered my food an hour before pickup so that I wouldnt have to wait. Got there and there's like 3-4 people waiting on their food, they're not exactly smiling. I thought I just had to pull my items out of the pickup warmer but the guy asks me for my name and I stated it. Then he hollers over his shoulder & the guy boxing food says about 5 minutes. In my head Im like seriously? So I wait 5,8,12 minutes. The guy in the back comes and asks me my name twice and I state it, then he shows me a receipt and says is this it? I look at it and back at him and say "No that says Kevin, not Lekia." 😐 He then proceeds to go to the warmer behind the counter and hands me my food with the slip that has my name attached to it, walks to the freezer to grab the brownies, puts it on top of my box and just looks at me. The first guy didnt even look in the warmer after I said I had a pickup order. Im now running behind but cool, I know to not frequent a place who wasted my time, doesn't value my dollars but also had the most poor customer service without even a "sorry...
