Most product is expired. Be very careful buying anything. Look at the expiration tag. If no tag, DO NOT BUY. If tag has only one date and it does not indicate if that date is expiration of date it was made then its expiration date and its likely to be expired by YEARS. Just last night i wanted to buy tomato juice and it only had one date on it 09/22/17. It is Jan 2019 so that means its expired over a year ago but still on the shelf and not alone. My mother also bought some jelly sweets. When we opened them at home, they smelled so horrible.

This is normal. We are well aware of that place and everyone (Russians) know what to buy and what not to buy from that place.

Fruit, meat, bread, things like that are ok. Cakes are old and dry. All candy is expired except for few. All drinks are expired for the most part, except for those that sell well.

I dont understand why everyone here posting so much positive. Is it because you feel good that day or what ?

This store needs to be closed down. We had this garbage back in Russia and it should not exist...

I can't believe to see so many great reviews about this store. Our experience has always been bad: the salespeople never smile and look at you with suspiciousness, the box of candy beautiful outside happened to be so old that the chocolates inside were dry and moldy. We had to throw them away. Thank goodness we bought them for ourselves and not as a gift. Last week we stopped by to get some fruit and veggies, and the salesperson didn't let my 65 yo husband use a restroom, and he is on a diuretic pill. We had to leave our groceries in a cart and walk away as we couldn't wait. Never again will we shop at that place! We were not explained why he couldn't use a restroom ("under remodel", "broken", etc), we were treated as if we were low lives and were going to steal their past expiration date produce. So rude! We have been calling the place Unfriendly Foods because that's what they really are - unfriendly, hostile, poor customer service, stale and...

This store should be called “The Most UNFRIENDLY Foods”. Every time I have been there the proprietor has been rude, abrupt and insulting. They have two slicers in their deli and neither one works. Their debit card reader is often broken. Modern Americans do not carry cash, but rely on debit or credit cards. When their card reader malfunctions they accuse the customer of not having money in their accounts rather than accepting the malfunction of their equipment. They humiliate the customer by insinuating that they are attempting to purchase food having insufficient funds in their accounts. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS TO...
