Update Horrible food and service now. This place went down hill. I ordered short ribs, yakisoba, egg rolls and gyoza, like I have dozens of times. The portions were tiny compared to the past. Only ten ribs. No side salads. forgot all the sauces (gyoza, salad dressing and katsu WHICH I ORDERED AND PAID EXTRA FOR). They forgot my kimchi altogether (which I also paid extra for). The food was dry, chicken was rubbery and the beef was tough and chewy, the rice was gross and it was NOTHING like I've ordered in the past. This was 1-star teriyaki and I paid over $70 for my order. This was $5 teriyaki at best. I'll never order from here again. Terrible.

(5-years ago) Their egg-rolls and gyoza are delicious. I get the spicy chicken for main course, which is quality chicken tossed in a delicious red chilli based sauce. Large portions, quick service and open for takeout during COVID. This has become my favorite...

I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Gyoza combo plate and was HIGHLY disappointed. The portion size of the chicken was only one small section of the to-go container, while plain white rice was half of the container, and the gyoza pieces was the other small portion. Almost every other teriyaki place has the bigger portion for meat, and the smaller for the other stuff. I also paid more to have steamed veggies instead of salad, and that was a complete waste. The steamed veggies were cold, and tasted like they had been steamed in dirty water. To top it all off, the chicken was tasteless, and there was no sauces for the rice or gyozas. All of this cost me almost $13 for two scoops of rice, a few pieces of gyoza, and half a...

As a county employee, I spend a lot of time eating out, so I choose wisely, and this spot has always delivered A1 meals. until today, (8/2/24) I've always LOVED the food here, but today surprised me and their actions could have very well caused severe internal injuries or worse. I ordered a takeout for "Robinson", (Broccoli Beef) while eating and enjoying my meal, I bit into a twisted piece of wire, about one inch in length. I was speechless, at how irresponsible of an act this was for a long-standing business. This was completely careless and unbelievably reckless of any restaurant. I'm going to wait and see how long it takes for the owner/manager to reach out to address this before I take it...

Teriyaki was good. Orange chicken absolutely horrible. About 95% of my "chicken" was overcooked and dried out if the pieces even contained chicken. I would estimate about 80% was breading. The only thing edible was the rice. There was barely any sauce. So dry. Please refer to the photos. Extremely disappointed as they are very friendly but the food was a huge disappointment. The short ribs which cost a whopping 16.50 also barely had any meat. Most of the bones only had about a half inch. You get probably 1 full set of a short rib with meat then they throw in tailings of remnants.

I believe this restaurant is the BEST! I ordered ’Chicken Teriyaki’, ’Pork Fried Rice’, ’Beef Yakisoba’ and spicy beef vegetables one for my family. Each food is very soft, fresh, REALLY TASTY and comes out fast! Not too sweet, not too salty, not too spicy. My family always love to eat it :-) The restaurant is clean and fancy. Price is good. And the owner lady at the counter, she is very kind and nice. She always makes my day! I recommend you try Mama’s. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely the lightest, flakiest eggrolls and orange chicken. The teriyaki was perfect. I grew up in Seattle, but now live in Kansas City, where they do NOT understand teriyaki. Whenever I visit Washington, I get teriyaki, and this place was amazing. There's not a lot of seating, so they do a lot of take out business (it took about 30 minutes to get our food because the kitchen was backed up with take out, so you may want to order ahead.) Still 100% worth the wait.
