My last review was 1 star so I didn't want to go back but my son said they improved service. After u hear my story u will know they didn't. So we went there. Ordered two #7 cheeseburger meals with mocha frappe. They said we don't got frappes so we ordered chocolate shakes instead. Pretty simple order totals 2 shakes, 2 fries, and 4 cheeseburgers. Pay $25 in drive thru. Girl at pick up line says park in handicap. I say what? Not the regular wait lines. She says no...park in handicap. So basically wants me to illegally park. Then I wait there. I watch her flirt with the guy next to her as they serve 6 other cars. I think 🤔 maybe they forgot about me since they parked me illegally. I walk up to the window and knock saying excuse me did u forget about me? The girl jumps like she was scared and tells manager I am at window. The manager freaks (heavy set women with reddish blonde curly hair) and says it's unsafe for me to be there and sends the security guard out. This guy won't listen to me. Keeps saying come inside or get back in my car. He is belligerent and bullying me. I am saying I should never even have to get out of my car. I go inside and ask for a refund. The manager then literally throws my order like a football at the girl and has her run it out to my son in the car. The manager says I am not going to refund her. Her order is out. I said 'what?' The security guard then says she isn't going to refund u. File a complaint with corporate and take ur food or I will call the cops on u for trespassing. I say go ahead call them and ask his name. He refuses to tell me and says security officer. I take his pic since he took a pic of my car in the handicap where they illegally parked me. He says that's fine now leave (so he granted permission in that moment for me to take the pic). The manager runs in the back she doesn't want me to get her name or pic. I proceed to leave. The security guard then chases after me still badgering. That's right...he says...u leave without a fuss or I will get u for trespassing. Now I kept my cool up to this point but that tipped the scale so I said "eff u rent a cop!" Then he said.. that's it ur band from ever coming back here. I said..wth would I come back here? I did not eat the food for fear they tampered with it. I did file a complaint with corporate and the owner basically said they would refund the meal not my money. I told him that I wasn't wasting my gas to go back to a place that utterly humiliated me and caused me mental stress . Avoid this place at all costs....

I really, really, really DON'T LIKE that there are no paper towels in the bathroom (and the door opens inward). If there were paper towels (or the bathroom door opened outward), then I could exit after doing my business and NOT have to grab a handle (that probably at minimum 1/3 people grabbed after doing their business and NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS) with my bare hand.
This is an ugly trend that is certainly not specific to this one McDonald's restaurant, nor is it limited to only the McDonald's company...but in this location AND this company's efforts to be more "green" and as a customer I would just really appreciate a more forward thinking effort consideration for public health and hygiene.
Not only does this impact me and my kids when we visit, as a resturant it concerns me about the impact to the cleanliness of my food...so much so that I have reduced my family's visits and have seriously considered not going entirely.
The staff at this location are generally quite friendly and excellent, but when I raised this question to one of their management team, I was disappointed in the lack of a clear and direct avenue to voice my concern. They did kindly acknowledged and validated my concern, but said that their corporate people directly were the only ones empowered to do anything about it...
This is NOT true. I have taken this time to voice my concern here, and regrettably I may well end up further escalating the matter by bringing my business elsewhere. My family and I like McDonald's and this is a good location...so, I really hope it would not...

To think I want to work for some place that doesn't focus on its customers I was in for an inrtview and nobody bothered to take care me of anyone in the lobby. 3 or 4 people had been there prior to me arriving door dashers and thyre delivering food to people and they were waiting about 30 min for thier orders. 1 car in the drive though maybe 1 big order idk but seems service stopped for the lobby and only tan for drive through. I noticed lobby was filthy and they had more then enough workers to clean or take care of customers. Even a guy in a wheel chair was sadly serviced poorly. Even his order i think the customers handed him his food not the employees. I for sure don't want to work for a place where customer service is as poor as this. I'm glad I left I value others and would gladly show my good people skils elsewhere rather than try to work for a company that doesnt value it at all. I am glad I decided my values and time and walked out. Someone else can pay me for my skills. This just shows mcdonalds is just floating above water before u know it, thyre compnay will be gone for lack of customer service and filthy lobbies. If ur going to eat at mcdonalds well avoid this one at least. I feel bad foe the door dashers going to get your orders, but at least tip them foe the trouble they have to face going to mcdonalds just to wait for as long as they do. 30 min.. un...
