Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Tacoma

I called the store near my house (literally 2 miles away) at 8:40 PM thinking they didn't close until 9 PM. I looked online and found a store 6.4 miles away that didn't close until 9 PM. I called at 8:44 PM to be sure they were open. As soon as they answered my boyfriend left while I ordered the pizza. At first, the girl who answered the phone did not want to take the order. I explained that we were only 6 miles away and that my boyfriend was on the way. She reluctantly took the order and said as long as you are here by 9 PM I will have the order ready for you. I said thank you and again told her my boyfriend was on the way there. He got there at 9:02 PM and the door was locked with the two employees shaking their heads no. My boyfriend said that I had just called in the order. They continued to say no and would not let him pick up the order. My boyfriend said, "Come on, you already made the pizza just let me pay for them and get the pizza." The male employee then said that they didn't make the pizza and that my boyfriend wasn't there by 9:00 PM. My boyfriend held up his phone and said it was 9:03 PM, are you serious? The male employee stood behind the locked door with his hands on his hips shaking his head no. Unbelievable!!!! Why even say you would have the pizza ready when we got there if you had no intention of doing it? Terrible customer service! Your store just lost an order that was $55 and any future orders. Stores like this will be out of business with that kind of service. I will never go back and I will tell all my friends how we were treated at this store. Hope it...

Normally I would give this place 5 stars. However I am rating this 1 star based on an experience I just had. As part of my usual order I always ask for 2 sides of White Garlic Sauce. They always fill the cups. However, this evening neither cup was filled even half way. I brought this to the attention of the gentleman working behind the counter and he took the cups and said "they can only put so many ounces in these" Mind you he didn't say how many ounces they are supposed to be. If he'd have left it at that I would have just left, unhappy but I wouldn't be writing a review. What he did next, I thought was rude. He ran to the back of the kitchen to find an empty cup. He weighed that and then weighed my cups. Then he took a spatula and dipped it in the white sauce and put a couple "extra" drops in each one, as if he was trying to "show me up" Policy's are policy and I know he's just an employee, so if Papa Murphy is cutting back on the amount of garlic sauce as some sort of petty cost cutting measure, that's not his fault. I think the people that work at Papa Murphy's are very unprofessional I called 30 minutes ahead of time give them my name got there and had to wait to stand in line for an extra 15 then they did not have my order ready then they told me I could have called a different one so I had to show them my call log cuz I know who I called and I did place an order so they told me they can redo my order so I began to wait then they did not do my order like they said they started doing other people's orders behind me so I had said how long is it going to be the lady had said she will be doing it right now I thought it was very unprofessional I did not get an apology they were rude about it and they made me look like I was the one that made the mistake I don't know how they treat colored people but that's not okay there was five heads somebody should have been able to do a lot better and been...
