Red Wagon Burger Tacoma — Restaurant in Tacoma

I believe before it was the Red Wagon it was a cigarette store bad for you Red Wagon healthy for you I gave this a five stars and not because it's upscaled or anything else I gave it five stars because I was greeted from time I opened that door and held it for other people to walk out I was greeted from the customers to the waitress cash register girl lady the atmosphere in Red Wagon is wonderful as you walk into this the restaurant you see DC and I believe Marvel Superheroes laid out on the wall beautiful paintings from an artist I ordered my food and decided to order their special they have for that day and it was a Philly cheese steak sandwich I didn't want fries I substituted for onion rings and that's when my taste buds to my brain completely changed I couldn't believe what I was tasting I highly recommend everyone to check out Red Wagon before the Habit Burger Habit Burger is Corporate and that's what you get the red wagon is the Mom and Pop Shop that you always will wish for I couldn't even eat my whole sandwich the onion rings were made scratched and I don't know how to explain this I truly don't they are the best biggest o-ring I have ever taste they breaded panko I believe parsley in their own house ingredients in the taste buds explode in your mouth with their home sauce they have there I believe they call that fry sauce couldn't eat it all the Philly steak sandwich tastes just like it comes from Philly because I'm a New Yorker so I know those Philly steak sandwiches couldn't eat it all like again I say took her home and ate it two days later the rest that I had heated up in the oven and that's when this incident happen again of explosion of taste buds so yes I do recommend the Red Wagon Burgers to everyone and their Philly steak sandwiches and...

Everyone has a preference when it comes to cheeseburgers. I like onion, tomato and leafy lettuce. That's why I thought I'd check out Red Wagon. The pictures in the window are of the exact style burger I like.

A year + ago, I tried Red Wagon.I was looking forward to the onion, tomato, leafy lettuce style, but got shredded iceburg lettuce, and a regular bun, not the brioche bun. I was told it's because I ordered the special, and they don't come that way, and something to do with because it was also a to go order. I wasn't impressed.

Last night, I thought I'd give them another try. This time I was sure to state how I wanted my burger, just like the picture in the window. The nice young lady assured me I'd get just that. I got home and I got shredded lettuce not the green leafy lettuce, like in the pictures in the window.

I called in, they said that the person who took my order didn't specify my lettuce preference, and that to go orders get shredded style. I'm not sure what the big deal is about the damn lettuce, but apparently, you need to be eating in the establishment to get the good stuff.

It wouldn't be such a big deal, but the patty is on top of all the veggies, and it slides off and turns into a gross messy experience. Suggestion, put the veggies on top of the patty, and only use green leaf lettuce, or change your signage. I'm going back to get a refund, and that will be the last time in...

I liked it but I wish it wasn't so expensive, I think they overcharged me a few dollars when I looked at the receipt. I guess it doesn't matter too much. I won't be back though. Cuz why? Cost like 30 dollars almost and they screwed up like two things to not give me a soda but also give me an extra order of fries n charge more. I thought it was off.. The girl who took my order could tell it looked off, she seemed a bit confused how it cost so much, I could tell...unless I'm just projecting. I don't think it was intentional. I think she was as surprised as I was. She didn't correct it, but, it's fine, thing is I didn't get a soda drink but wanted to replace it with a shake. So, I didn't get a soda, but apparently still got charged for it, and then charged $6 for a shake in addition. So, I didn't end up getting anything replaced...

So, it was 17 dollars for a burger, fries, n a shake.

Then, with an order of prawns, it ended up at like 27 dollars and change. Kinda a big mouthful..

The burger, the red Wagon burger or whatever, it was fun, but messy , and i like a fun messy burger, but it shouldn't taste bland.

The milkshake was delicious. So.. Bam! Fries, too. Fries were chill af, good stuff. Took me like 3 hours to eat everything cuz I had fun playing with the food and taking photos, lol. Cuz thats...
