Starbucks — Restaurant in Tacoma

This is my FAVORTIE Starbucks in the puget sound. All of the batista and cashiers are always so friendly. They don't talk down to me if I order a drink my way instead of how it's listed on the menu ie If I say large they politely confirm with how it's written on the menu. The line here can literally be out the drivethrough and to the street and I will get through it faster than the coffee shop across the parking lot with 5 cars. I've tested this theory . Sue is the best she's been my batista since I was 16 and ordering at their old location. I haven't seen her lately but you can tell everyone there has a positive attitude . Always willing to make accommodations for allergies and drink substitutions . Can't say enough good things . They are quick, on point and my order is always correct. The customer service was terrible through the drive thru the employee got mad at me for coming through the drive through 3 minutes after placing my order even though there was a line. I arrived at the window when it estimated so there should’ve been no issue with me making it easier on them by already having my order placed before getting to the drive through.
