If you're staying at the Holiday Inn or just happen to be nearby, Secret Burger Kitchen is a must-try spot that’s truly a hidden gem. Located right inside the hotel, it’s incredibly convenient—especially for guests. As soon as you walk in, you’ll see a sleek self-serve kiosk to the left of the front desk, making it super easy to place your order without any hassle. It’s a nice modern touch that sets the tone for a smooth experience.
After ordering, you can hang out at the bar with a cold beer or just relax while your food is prepared (though I highly recommend the beer—it adds to the vibe). The staff, especially the ladies working there, were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.
Now, onto the food: I went with one of their spicy burgers, and my wife had a regular one. Both were fantastic, but mine was absolutely bursting with peppers and bold flavor. If you like a good kick, this one won’t disappoint. My wife loved hers too—classic, juicy, and well-prepared. We were both impressed.
The fries? Next-level. Crispy, well-seasoned, and seriously flavorful. If you’ve ever had fries from Lucky’s, they’re comparable—but I might even say better. And don’t skip the fry sauce—it has a unique jalapeño twist that sets it apart. Spicy, creamy, and addictive.
Overall, Secret Burger Kitchen is a top-tier burger spot. Whether you’re a guest at the Holiday Inn or just a burger connoisseur like myself, this place is definitely worth checking out. Great food, great service, and an unexpectedly cool vibe for a hotel-based joint....
Read moreIn the lobby of the Holiday Inn you will find a kiosk where you can place your order for Secrete Burger Kitchen. The burgers are made in the same kitchen as Toast to Toast Restaurant and Bar. Very cool concept because you get the best of both worlds. Toast to Toast has a full bar serving cocktails, beer, wine and a menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. The restaurant looks freshly renovated with warm colors, new upholstery and modern chairs and tables. Very clean and updated. The tables all have QR codes for the burger kitchen so if you would like to sit and enjoy a beverage while you contemplate your burger choice you can. You can also eat your burger in the Toast to Toast restaurant. Jasmine was very helpful explaining the process. She also serves a wonderful gin and soda. I asked Jasmine if my husband could watch the chef make the smash burgers. I had read a few reviews saying the burgers were not smash burgers. My husband can attest they are smash burgers! We ordered a Mission Classic 1/4 Pound Hand Formed Smash Patty, Onion, (minus the lettuce), Secret Sauce, served with fries. We also ordered a Fiery Field Op -1/4 Hand Formed Patty topped with grilled Serrano & Jalapeño Peppers, Yellow American Cheese, (minus the onion, lettuce), Secret Sauce, and Spice & Herb Blend Served with a side of fries. The burgers were incredible, delicious and juicy. I was happy to see melty American cheese and burger patties with crispy lacy edges We will be back to visit Secrete Burger Kitchen in our next...
Read moreprobably the worst service lol i ordered for pick up in advance (as it’s saturday— wait times can be expected). i came in early and asked if my food was ready, which was a no (duhh, right?), and sat down to wait again. ~10 minutes later, i get a text that my food was ready so i go up and ask again. she says no and now i’m confused, but sit down and wait anyways. as i’m waiting, i hear people asking if their food was ready and they said no, and say that it’s _(insert my name)’s order. i shot up and told them that i’ve been waiting awhile and asked if my food was ready (it’s been 45 minutes at this point). they said they didn’t know my name and they wouldn’t have known. i replied saying i did tell them TWICE and have just been sitting here waiting. they called out everybody’s orders by their names/numbers except for me. i’m so pissed. my food’s cold and isn’t even good. i placed my order at 5:00pm and didn’t leave until 6pm. i was super excited to try this place, but was left very very disappointed. the bag was behind them for awhile, while other names were called right out the kitchen. i was sitting there with a ready text for 45 mins! not once did i hear my name, AND i went up and asked multiple times. i understand the wait as it’s a saturday, but don’t say it’s ready when it’s not…. or have attentive service lol.
side note, the shake was also lacking flavor and literally just white mush with stale cereal on top. the food’s cold and dry now. i’m so disappointed as a service...
