At first it was friendly and alright. Once it came time to check out the lady stated her computer froze and would have to re do the entire scaning process which was fine however when this happened she made a mistake and dounless charged us it was late and it seemed like it was a little crazy expensive but we chose to go ahead and purchase the items. We later returned home and laid out all of the items and verified on our recipe what items ran up out our bill then realized we were charged twice for multiple items. We then returned the following day to make it right and get our money back from the staff members error and received piss poor customer service questioned as if we were trying to get over on the business. We had our kids waiting in the vehicle while they went over the camera footage to see if we in fact had doubles of the same serial numbers which makes no sense at all because serial numbers are not the same on every item of the same make. Not only did I have to waste my family's time, I had to waste gas to drive back to the store when we live 45 min away. End result is they refunded only $90 out of around $300 dollars in error told us we would be standing here all night to make it right so staff member took down name and number an said she would call us tonight to let us know if we can come back to get the remainder of what they rightfully owe. We now have to drive back home and return later and waste more gas and time. This is ridiculous don't do buisness here, hustler will indeed live up to there name...

The store manager Trista shows no empathy when dealing with customers is rude has a sassy attitude and does not know how to properly conduct herself in a professional situation. She is argumentative snooty and gave me incorrect information when I requested to get information to file a formal complaint about her store and their employees. I have been going into this hustler for quite sometime as I am a native of the area and this particular day I was asked for my ID in order to go to the section where the toys are. Now I totally understand a sign saying ID required however this is the VERY FIRST TIME I have EVER been asked for my ID. Me noticing I am the only black person in the whole store as well as the only customer here I realized I think I’m being racially profiled so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager acted like she was a crew member verses someone that has the word manager in her title. She does not know how to make a customer feel welcomed in her store she is racist she gave me so much attitude instead of listening to the issue at hand and overall made my whole experience very uncomfortable. She also sent a worker to watch me shop… which further let me know that she is racially profiling me. Read moreAt my most recent trip to this store I was provided with really great expertise and customer service by Cateria and Odwinn. For years I have wanted to really love this store but I have always had trouble finding toys that can match the power level I require. I've been sold lots of toys that fail to deliver. Cateria and Odwinn made in store recommendations for toys and as I would say I already have it or I know this won't work for me. They both started to discuss that perhaps "the cowgirl" would be more my speed. I can't thank them enough for recommending this as I didn't realize products like these are commercially available. It absolutely was, is and forever will my speed for as long as these premium sex toys are on the market.
I always appreciate how nice the staff are here are and how clean the store is as well as their selection. I also want to stress that anyone who feels the same way about lack luster vibrating toys should consider asking staff what they have "in the back" because that's where the floor model was being stored.
Cateria and Odwinn also helped save me some money as I have professional entertainer credentials and they even price matched a the sale happening online and helped me use hustler points for additional savings.
