I used to love going through this drive-thru Starbucks as there was always smiling Baristas that were attentive to your questions and did not have attitudes. But today Thursday June 27th was by no means a happy experience for me.
I don't feel that the Barista that helped me was truly listening to me and she never smiled. I was trying to tell her that I have to go slow with my arms to take the drinks from her because I was in a accident recently and I have to go slow. Instead of listening to me of what I said she said oh I wasn't going to throw your drinks to you. LOL I obviously knew that. This woman should never be a barista. And even after I was trying to explain again she didn't listen.
