I would give this place 5 stars for 99.9% of the staff there; although one specific employee resulted in a 1 star review. I came to pick up my mobile order this morning, due to the line taking very long, I left the line real quick to park and go inside and pick up my mobile order (which I did in fact order 15 mins prior b/c I know how busy life gets, I didn't want anyone to rush). I go inside to pick up my order and by the time I came in, she got my order ready and the car in line at the time, was supposed to be me, so she called my name. I was already inisde and answered "I'm over here", with a positive attitude as always. She looks over, and with the nastiest attitude, rolls her eyes at me and drops my drink at the pick-up counter. I also had a sandwich so I told her, and she goes "It should be there", with a very careless attitude. The person in line and myself exchanged looks and I was shocked. The other girls are always so sweet and helpful. One of them said "have a nice day" when I was leaving. I am shook. If you don't like your job, do everyone a favor and find something that's not going to require you working with customers! Life gets busy, we all get busy... this is absolutely NOT an excuse for this sort of behavior! I myself worked with customers for years and know how it gets, although I know that customers come first...
Read moreWent thru drive thru this morning, Ordered a fairly easy drink, iced vanilla latte This was my one splurge for the week as I am trying to cut back New girl working drive thru (not upset about that but they should be trained on front counter for more than a week before trying the drive thru or have a veteran there with them) Got my drink and drove off. Got on the freeway (no place to turn around) and took a drink. . NASTY. . Not sure what I got but it was not a vanillafat all the way drink~latte. It said it was a grande iced "SK" (skinny maybe which I did not order) syrup latte. I got work and an hour later I have only drank half of it before throwing it out as it made me sick to my stomach. What a waste of money. Not going back for awhile. . Try the non chain espresso stand down the road. More personalized and...
Read moreThe only reason I came here was for the Wi-Fi. Well, it wasn’t working. I purchased a danish and everything, so I wasn’t freeloading. I asked them to restart the router. I mean....is that impossible? The “accessible” (nothing in life is free) wi-fi is a major Starbucks marketing point. So how do they respond? The drive through lady just rudely yells out, “That’s not on us to fix!” Wow. Even if she’s right, is that the way to handle paying customers requests? No problem, Starbucks lady. The customers are the five star people, because another one heard my plight and let me use his hotspot. He shouldn’t have had to fulfill Starbucks Selling points. Maybe not the best reason for a one star review, but people should know the attitudes they are in for if they choose this particular Starbucks out of all the ones available...
