Tacos Guaymas — Restaurant in Tacoma

I sat at the drive thru asking several mins figuring out what I wanted to eat and asked three times and waited two minutes between for a response on my question and no response. She then ignores me and asks are you ready yet. I told her no I asked you a question regarding this food choice I might choose. I then told her my order and what I would like and she did not want to answer me when I asked did you get all of that and I had asked three times. I've been smiling to her through the window and she did not want to dress me until I went to hand her my card there was no conversation I asked how she was and she stared at me and then continued to just stare at me and was quite rude with pushing food and drinks at me and snatching from me. I don't know what her name is but she does not have any customer service at all I tried asking her a couple different times if she was OK how she was liking the weather and she proceeded not to want to have any kind of conversation with me even though I was buying food from them that was recommended to me. I haven't dealt with such bad customer service in so long I don't think I want to be coming back to this place I don't care how good...

I've been here several times but this was only my second, maybe third time ordering from inside the restaraunt, usually I go through the drive thru... Anyway, customer service is a 5 stars again!! So, my biggest concern when ordering to go is that the amount of food you receive is often less than if you were to eat at the establishment and the next concern is that the food wont keep and taste the same once its cooled by the time I drive 20-30 mins home. So, I asked the cashier if it was possible to order the meat for my 5 tacos on the side next time I come in because my corn tortillas usually get soggy and fall apart by the time i sit down to eat them. He said no problem they could do it now but since i mentioned it late I said not to worry about it I'd be sure to ask them in advance next time. Well, let me just say I wont need to ask! This is the first Mexican restraunt, be it from a Taco truck in Florida, a mom and pops shop in Cali, or, a big chain in Washington, that my Tacos were in the same shape they left the restaraunt in 30 minutes later when I got home!! I don't know how the did it but these are - hands down- the best tasting "to go tacos" I've ever had! I'll be back later in the week for more! I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years. My entire family used to eat at this restaurant. I understand that prices had to go up due to Covid, I also understand that maybe they have to use less meat because of the rise in costs. What I don’t understand is why when I ordered a child’s burrito meal, which usually consist of a bean and cheese burrito, and a small drink, the old man working there yelled at me. I asked for a sprite for the child’s drink, and he yelled at me “this is for children only!“ I was so surprised at his actions. I even tipped him, and it was a to go order. And he had the nerve. My child was getting off of school early today so I thought I’d pick him up. I’ve been in cheese burrito and a sprite which is what is his go to lunch. I was going to pick up Chick-fil-A for myself. I have never had such rude behavior, and the top everything else off, the soda he gave me wasn’t soda, my son spit it out and so I took a sip of it and found out all he did was give him soda water. I know his business won’t be hurt by me not going there any longer, but I don’t need to eat at a restaurant or to order food from a restaurant that is going to yell at me and give my child even after we pay the full price plus a tip for a drive-through pick up.
