Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Tacoma

I should have wrote this review last month but I came in around the 7th of February. I got off work at 7 and I was too hungry to make the drive home. I pull into the parking lot and there is a long line. I get in line and a male worker approaches my car and tells me that the person in front of me was going to be there last customer of the night and they cannot serve me. Seriously? There was 9 cars in front of me in line and why couldn’t I of been the last customer? I was already in line. I had to awkwardly back out of the parking lot and leave. It was not even 8pm and they were obviously closing early. Poor customer service. I had to find somewhere else to go eat after I just drove 10 minutes to get there and of course ever line was long as it was rush time for late...

Well that sucked. Got treated like trash by a restaurant staff for being there in uniform. Was at the 38th st Taco Time in Tacoma Washington eating with my family who had picked me up after a long shift. I was in uniform. The young man who brought us our food glared at me non stop, refused to respond to me (but not my wife or child), refused to hand me the food I reached for (round table. Picture a clock. He was standing at 1, wife was at 9, kid was at 2, I was at 6. He was loading the table up and then reaching across the table, thus why I reached to help), and slammed my plate on the table causing my food to splatter. My order was completely unsatisfactory. I ordered two crispy beef burritos which are six bucks each after tax and ask them to be freshly cooked right out of the fryer I'm happy to wait the 6 minutes that it takes. Instead my food is up pretty much instantly and I get too soggy warm what they call refried meaning that they drop the burritos that are already cooked back in the oil to heat them up.. extremely disappointed in the fact that when they went to replace the meal they did the exact same thing only these were a little bit hotter then what I can only assume is the manager comes up and practically elbow checks me from behind while I'm sitting at the counter and asked me if everything's okay.. super disappointed to...
