My wife and I have been coming here for the past year and our experience has been nothing short of great. We’re always welcomed with warm hello’s and quick service. These smoothie baristas have been quick with taking our orders and providing pleasant conversation while doing so. The lines when entering here is a testament to how stellar the service is, and that they have repeat customers with us included. Any negative comment/review or experience is reflective of any customer’s own inability to see what a great service they provide this community here. Expecting immediate service when this place is busy is rather selfish and unfair to other customers and the workers themselves. Even more so to think that these workers are out to make your experience here negative in any way shape or form. My wallet fell out of my handbag in the parking lot, someone else found it and stole all the money out and then turned it into ECS. These ladies were so kind and understanding when I was upset and offered for me to ask their manager because the gift card I had for them was taken too, but I am not going to ask for anything because those girls went above and beyond in trying to help me AND they even verified my ID before they handed over the wallet. All my credit cards were in it and my check book and they had it for hours. They are amazing people with integrity and I will continue to make this a go to gift for my loved ones. The girl handing me my food got wide eyed by a simple question and looked around for help. Coffee was cold. They said they’d have to make a pot and I’d have to wait. Didn’t get my granddaughter’s shake. I wasn’t over-charged for anything. I got what I paid for, there were just things I upgraded but they didn’t even charge me. So it’s not a matter food quality or not getting what you paid for. They just didn’t listen and asking a simple question is like throwing them a curveball.
