Seems Iād have to be gay to be accepted to be treated with respect here. I was just there at like 10:15am today. There was a couple looking at donuts with a pretty large gap between them and the person ordering. I walked up behind the person ordering and stood there in line waiting to be helped. The person at the counter helped the person behind me and so I took the hint and walked to the back which at that point had formed a a slightly larger line. She had brought up that she was sorry she totally skipped over me which if you knew you skipped over me then make it right. Anyways. Considering Top Pot's gorgeous resurrections of different buildings in Seattle and that some of the founders are from Lakewood - why would they choose the McCorporate location in Tacoma? You did us wrong, TP. I was waiting for you to rejuvenate a building on Hilltop or something.
The donuts here are pretty good - but they are quite pricey. The Ovaltine Latte is awesome. BUT - Tacoma is a city of Donut Destiny with amazing places like House of Donuts, Legendary, Le Donut, Dockside and - my favourite of all time - Pao's on 6th. TP needed to step up their game here, but decided to put in their B-Team instead. We're worth more...
