32 degree creamery — Restaurant in Tallahassee

The experience was good. I base that off of: We we’re the first customers and place appeared clean, Ice cream was delicious, Service was polite, knowledgeable and attending to our needs, Ice cream plate was sanitized in-front of us, Overall the establishment could use a little more cleaning. Having been the first customers of the day we noticed: The cups on the countertop to be used for the day had small dry brown splatterings on the outside (maybe chocolate from the night before), There was a small little brown pebble (maybe a chocolate sprinkle) on the plate just before the plate was sanitized. It’s a good thing they sanitized before my eyes. I should’ve suggested a change of gloves after handling the sanitizing bottle. A plastic container that was to hold gummy worms in air tight space that was split open exposing all the gummy worms for who...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Whoever the young girl with short blonde hair who was working on a Saturday night around 7 should not have her job. Decided to try it out since they had great reviews. This was our first time coming so we didn’t know how it worked. Every other rolled ice cream place we had gone too had select rolled ice cream options, so we ask how it worked. All we got as a response was a snotty remark and explanation. When we repeated how it worked to confirm we understood she replied very rudely with “that’s what I said”. She basically said that since they were closing at 8 and it was only 7:20 that because there were two people in front of us we would have to wait, which we clearly understood. Seemed very rude and like she didn’t want to work there or help us at all. We will never being going back....

I truly missed the location at the mall I believe you did great there. The Ice-cream sells it self. I would put the attention on training the staff. It's crazy to see the staff member having to call the manager over every issue from customer needs and running the POS.

Service took over 45mins with just 2 guest ahead of us. We had 3 roll ups, 1 Boba tea and a banana crepe. The Boba was hard/undercooked and flavorless i had to return it. The crepe was nothing like described and took the longest. The staff member had to redo the batter.

The kids really enjoyed their roll ups but like I mentioned Ice-cream sells it self. The guest behind us never got their order due waiting on us. It didn't help it took 3 people to make the roll ups, taking turns making one order.
