I was super excited Tallahassee built a 7 Brew coffee. I usually go to the one in Thomasville and love it! When pulling up to the window I was greeted by a very kind person. She even offered my dog a pup cup! She was along side someone named Elizabeth. Elizabeth off the bat was extremely rude. I asked if they had a sweet and salty coffee where she replied with “it’s on there” with an attitude. I thought maybe she didn’t mean to have an attitude and tried to continue to have a polite conversation with her. Where I then asked if I can get it iced. Every response she gave me was with anger and frustration. Then she started getting an attitude with her colleague because she handed me the IPad to allow me to look at the menu. Which they have done every time I have gone to the 7Brew in thomasville. I finally just flat out told her that she was being rude and that we don’t want anything. This makes me very sad because I thought I found my new favorite place to get coffee in Tallahassee. Keeping Elizabeth as an employee will only prevent other people from going to the 7Brew in...
Read moreWent to get a replacement coffee and was laughed at by their rude and immature employee Paris. She contacted the manager Morgan and she refused to replace the coffee that was completely done wrong and tasted bitter, I left a message at their customer service number explaining it was done wrong and no one bothered to call me back. Paris refused to give service and told us it was not her problem and cursed us out. I will not be returning to the location and sent message to corporate. It was upsetting to see an employee laugh because you wanted to replace something that was done wrong and you spent your hard earn money. While she might have thought that was petty, it was my money and did not deserve the belittling, cursing and she is lucky I kept my cool. The other employees were not helpful either and ignored us when we asked for the manager. The good thing is that there are plenty of other coffee companies and will be taking my...
Read moreI set out on a mission to find a Mocha Latte on Monroe Street. First stop, KK—but they were out of chocolate. Then, I tried DD, but they had already closed for the night (at 7:30), and to top it off, Starbucks was closed for remodeling. After picking up some food from Arby's, I decided to give one last place a try to see if I could finally get my Mocha Latte. What a delightful surprise! The coffee was fantastic, and the service was even better. I wish I had caught the name of the young woman who helped me—she had a lovely smile and such a friendly personality. She was professional, polite, and super helpful! I was in and out in less than five minutes. From now on, this is the only coffee shop I'll visit on...
