I love chick-Fil-a! The food is always great and punctual coming out, however it’s the atmosphere that I don’t really like. I’ve walked in to this specific location as a dasher on multiple occasions, waited patiently, regardless if it were busy or not, only to be completely ignored. I’ve walked in to no greeting, and sat patiently as people who walked in after me were greeted and assisted before me. One particular time, I was waiting for an order for 7 mins and the app said it was already ready for pickup. When I walked in, the 2 young ladies at the counter made eye contact with me, but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed help but I assumed it was because they were slightly busy.
So I waited, as one stood to take orders and the other filled drinks. After the other finished with the drinks she proceeded to take the next customer, still no concern on if I’ve been helped. As the line cleared, 2 gentleman came from their seats behind me to get a refill on their drinks and before they even reached the counter, both ladies greeted them and one asked if they needed a refill. I was at the counter the entire time and the gentlemen were standing right behind me so there was no way they didn’t see me. By this time I was growing impatient because I could see that the order was already ready, I just needed someone to pay attention so I could ask for it. I felt unseen, as if what I needed didn’t matter. It wasn’t until I finally said something that the women acknowledged me, asking if I’ve been helped…although they BOTH watched me stand there for 10 mins and did nothing. I simply pointed at the order that I could see through the glass and showed my phone so they could see the name and that I’ve already marked it as confirmed. Read moreI want to start the review with i’m not a rookie when it comes to Chick-fil-a. But this experience with Michael is something i’ve never seen before. Yesterday i had the worst day ever and failed my State Board Exam. So Mentally i closed down and didn’t want to talk to anyone and i to myself i was going to go to chick-fil-a, go home and just be done for today. In the process of me going to Chick-fil-a i went through the drive through and was very short with him even though he had a positive attitude. So at the end he asked me if i needed prayer and if there’s something heavy on your heart that needs praying for. And all i can do was look at Michael. After snapping back to reality i told him that i failed my Exam and just had a terrible day and he told me about prayer, Something i haven’t been doing often. I told Michael thank you and drove off. I grabbed my food and i couldn’t even drive off the premises without breaking down crying. I just want you guys to know that was beyond amazing. I’ve never experienced that and i’ve been buying from Chick-fil-a so much that i’m a signature member. He made my whole day and then some and he has no idea. Read moreAbsolutely the worst service I’ve ever had . If I could give a 0 , I would ! I waited in like with a server for over 20 minutes . Breanna (the server ) proceeds to ask for help because she seems new on how to apply points to my order. She talked back-and-forth over the headset multiple times in which no one still came to help her 10 minutes pass. You can tell she’s getting anxious. And one of her outside, colleagues tried to help, but don’t know how to the manager still nowhere to be found. I then proceed up to the next line after my phone has enough time to charge after waiting so long she’s able to scan my phone and I’m waiting in the next line for 10 minutes which then I arrive up to the window to get my one kid Mail for my son and asked to speak with the manager. I express my concerns to her and she doesn’t care And had no excuse for not helping or assisting her colleague that clearly needed help.
