As always, wonderful food and terrific customer service. Now a regular at 4th Quarter, I'm always pleased by the fast, friendly service by my normal server Courtney. However, the other night I had quite the interesting experience at my go-to Bar & Grille. While seated at the bar enjoying my normal Blue Moon, I couldn't help but notice a seemingly hostile interaction between a fellow guest at the bar and our shared bartender, Courtney. It was no surprise to me that Courtney displayed her normal kindness and professionalism to the disturbed guest, however what came next was quite the shock. The customer seemed to be unsatisfied with her wings (as she so rudely expressed to Courtney), so of course Courtney offered every fix in the book to resolve the situation, with her regular cincerety that all of us regulars at 4th Quarter are so used to seeing. The customer refused any solution that Courtney offered, and very apologetically, Courtney took back the wings and went to dispose of them. Before she could throw them away, I asked Courtney if I could have the wings and I'd even pay for them. She expressed to me every complaint from the original customer and insisted on throwing them away, but I pressed that she not waste the food and at least let me try them for myself. After trying the wings I realized that there was no problem at all. They were perfectly warm all the way through, the meat was tender and white, and their flavor was as good as always. Just moments later, things took an interesting turn. The orgionally unsatisfied customer had noticed me eating the wings and started verbally attacking poor Courtney -I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Belitting Courtney, the woman roared how it was just awful how she served me those wings. Very humbly and calmly, Courtney tried to explain to the woman the latter half of the situation, how I had pressed to try the wings. The woman didn't care one bit, not about the situation, nor about Courtney's feelings. The crazy woman went on to say that Courtney was not getting a tip, and then started throwing change at her! I've never seen a more disrespectful customer in my entire life, and quite frankly she did not deserve Courtney's calm and collective retaliation.
Certainly an interesting visit, however yet again a great experience at 4th Quarter Bar & Grille. Thank you Courtney for your continued, excellent service to myself, my family, and all us guests at my favorite...
Read moreThe food I would have rated a 5. The issue was that there was a trivia night going on and it was talking about current events and all they were talking about were death and tragedy. It kinda dampened the mood. Another issue was that when we went to seperate checks they mixed up the cards and that's a no, no. Especially since her's would have been like $5 and ours was almost $20. We didnt realize until after we got home and checked our bank accounts.
There is a 1/4 burger on the menu for under $5 bucks! Great deal and wonderful. So if your looking for a cheap burger that includes fries or coleslaw.. This place has great food.
Service is a little slow here but overall it's good food and a good place for if you want to sit down and dine for about an hour or so.
I brought in an outside drink and was told that I was not allowed to have it also. Which was the oddest thing to me because Ive brought in outside drinks to multiple restaurants before and this was the first place to tell me I...
Read moreSo many truly great people hang out here. This feels like a very local bar with regulars coming in often!
We travelled from South Africa looking for a place that will show the soccer. When we phoned to ask if they will show the game, they assured us we could.
When we arrived, the correct channel was on the big screen, ready for when the game starts. We received cold beer within minutes and never sat with and empty drink.
We met great new friends and had an absolute blast of a day. The drink specials and food prices are very decent.
We will never forget this visit! It was also the BEST value for money, so cheap for top notch...
