Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Update on my return to nasty Dunkin donuts on Pensacola st in Tallahassee Florida. After months of avoiding me, I still didn't get an apology or the money back that they stole off my card, Instead the district manager Victoria told me that she would meet with me on Friday. When I arrived at the store, she never showed up. She wasted my time and she said that they didn't see a transaction in their system where they owed me. They called themselves calling the police but I didn't care because I knew that they were wrong and I stayed there until authorities arrived. When authorities arrived I explained what had happened and when the officer went in to talk to the manager, she claimed that she didn't know what I was talking about. God doesn't like ugly, you will reap what you sow. Never coming here again, I ordered a egg and cheese croissant no cheese and as I was eating my food. I noticed a bad taste and a slight smell to it. I went back up to the counter to tell the young lady. I asked her if I could get a cinnamon raisin bagel instead, so she talked to her manager and replied to me. The manager says I can't do it. The manager who had just came out the restroom and straight to the food area without washing her hands. I called the manager and explained to her that the sandwich tasted bad and smelled funny. She just looked at me and turned away, bad customer service here from the two ladies. Words of advice every one is not after something free, customers should always be treated with the upmost respect. If it wasn't for the customers, you wouldn't have a job do better. I went back to get a refund the manager charged me and when I realized it, I walked back in. She said oh I charged you instead of giving a refund, I told her that nine dollars came out of my account extra. She tells me that I'm lying and doesn't believe me. I showed her the transaction and she swore up and down that it wasn't the right transaction because of the time. I told her the day is the 25th and it were the right transaction. I will be contacting the corporate office. You better pray I don't get the health department...

First, I want to say, It's so easy to talk negative about things that happened at Dunkin Donuts, on this podium, quite frankly, you're doing it in a way the proper people will not get the message or be able to respond. Let's be honest. Do you watch and read all the reviews that are written against employees of your job site? No!! Bring it to the store. They actually want to hear you and be able to correct the situation, if possible.

I do want to say this. It's been four years now that I've lived here and purchased breakfast in this store, almost on a daily basis. What I have noticed is that you don't get negative attitudes from the employees, at least I do not, and I'm just a regular Joe, or Pauly. I get smiles, warm greetings, and the feeling of family. I've always said that DNA doesn't necessarily mean you are family. Family is people who connect with you and care about you on a daily basis. I don't have family here. When I'm in DD, I feel as if I have family here, which also includes the regional rep, Victoria. Thank you to all employees and even some shoppers who go to DD and make me feel like I'm...

I honestly liked this one more than the other one nearby. It's at least faster and they don't usually mess up my order. Today the drive thru was moving really slow which I'm not used to, but now I know why.

Someone needs to give the lady that took my order a few shots of espresso.👀

I normally just get coffee, but I wanted to try their breakfast taco. I was also ordering for my friend I was about to go see. I order mine and before I can order my friend's, she starts reading back the order. "caramel machiatto... egg cheese.." I stop her because I'm confused. Egg cheese? They have so many things with egg and cheese. 😂 I literally said "wait what?" she starts talking to me like I'm braindead repeating it back even slower and I'm like "yes..." and before I can finish my order she cuts me off "your total is.." and goes silent. I give up at that point, it's not that far to the other one.

I never got her name because the guy at the window didn't know who she was. You don't know who you're working with?...
