I asked for a French vanilla frozen coffee with blueberry ham sliders and the chicken stuffed croissant I repeated my order in the drive thru 3 times and corrected the dude each time I got to the window and was asked my order another time ! I was asked about sliders so I repeated my whole order again when I began to repeat the rude ass boy in the window says I didn’t ask you that I asked about the sliders So I began to get aggravated because how many times do I need to tell you my order and why are you rude to me when you are the one not listening . The lady and man at the window began to argue with me and tell me I had an attitude and it’s okay I need to have a better attitude the boy walked away the lady proceeded to say did you want to repeat the order or did you want us to get the order correct . I informed her I’m not trying to be rude but how many times do i need to repeat it . The lady kept trying to argue with me so i stopped talking for her to keep calling me Rude and nasty and as soon as she closed the window i heard her and the whole staff talking shit . Read moreI have given this location many chances because it is so close but everytime have a bad experience when ONE EMPLOYEE IS WORKING. His attitude is rude. He tried to correct my coffee to a latte (which is 75% milk and not what I wanted) and when I asked for it to be corrected was charged for a latte still. Then they refunded me to correct and I guess were over me because completely didn’t collect payment for the coffees I ordered. The guy at the drive thru is always so rude. I went today to give it one more chance and was given a dirty attitude when I asked for a pup cup and CHARGED FOR IT!!! Never in my life have I been charged for a pup cup in all my years of getting them. I then said I’ve never paid for a pop cup and was just stared at until I handed my card over. It’s just the one employee that is so rude everytime! Even slapped his hand on the counter when I asked for the pup cup! So rude and unnecessary. I am not a complicated customer and have always shown grace so it is completely baffling. Everyone else is so so kind but that one employee really needs to work on...
Read moreI eat at Dunkin’ Donuts everyday because there is one close to my job..the is the first time in a while I have come to the Dunkin’ Donuts on north Monroe ..when I walked in I smiled and was friendly to the cashier jerrisha but she was unwelcoming and gave me attitude before I could even open my mouth to tell her my order..my order was not correct so I asked jerrisha if she could re make my order...&& she gave me attitude and proceeded to snatch my bag and walk towards the manager Olivia to tell her to remake my order. Both her and the manger stood there and talked negative about me while rolling their eyes at me and the manager rushed to make my order throwing things around and slaming things..she came up to the pick up counter slammed my order on the counter and walked off..as though I was the issue.. I eat at DD everyday &&& I have NEVER received such HORRIBLE customer service in my life..especially from a manager. This will be the last time I eat at this DD.
