I’ve used this location since the day they opened but will not return. The woman.. or man (unsure, but the person had vocal fry), who spoke to me through the drive thru today was offensive, argumentative and wrong. Arguing that an item that costs 1.39 is equal to an item for which a customer paid 1.79. No matter how one does the math, this is incorrect. I don’t care if it is only .40. The two are not equal. Is ok for a large corporation to expect a customer to accept less than what they paid and then have an extremely rude employee, (so, so rude) argue condescendingly with a customer that the two (1.79 and 1.39) are equal? It takes a LOT to make me mad. I enjoy giving positive reviews but I’ve never been dealt with in such an offensive way by any employee, anywhere as at this Dunkin’ location today. Went through drive-thru, ordered a bagel with an extra slice of cheese and everything stuffed bagel minis. Not a complicated order. Move up, pay and then a few moments later get handed a rather light weighted bag. Definitely no bagel inside. When I hand it right back, she didn't even know there wasn't one. Which is fine. Came back a few minutes later. Drove away, opened the bagel to find out they put Swiss cheese on the bagel. I never asked for Swiss, it comes with American. It wasn't busy. I was the only car there. Food itself was fine (minus the swiss, dont recommend subbing it for the american), but service is lacking. It's not rocket science. Young adults behind the counter here acted like they were being bothered to wait on you and had the worst negative attitude to go along with an absolute lack of customer service. There were 4-5 employees behind the counter and they all looked miserable and acted like they were sleepwalking. I know fast food work isn't the best, and I'm not looking for mountains of fake enthusiasm, but wow. what an unwelcoming environment. Will not be returning to this poorly...
