PLEASE READ.....I have worked in customer service and have helped manage coffee jobs for years here in my hometown Tallahassee💖 So I was elated to work with foxtail and grow with the company upon being hired. Once the business opened and they selected a general manager I began being accused of saying and doing things I know I didn't do or say. I pride myself on being a hard working and detail oriented individual who is honest in her work and so it made absolutely no logical sense when i was dismissed from the company due to these claims. I truly do believe the general manager was lacking in her own time management and was struggling to keep up with the work load of running a new coffee shop so she felt the need to put someone else's head on the chopping block that wasn't hers. I have never experienced working in an environment quite like this, I've always have had really good work relations with my bosses and coworkers so this was a very unpleasant experience. I truly did love working with all the staff and thought, almost everyone was awesome... ALSO I had actually never worked directly with the general manager...NOT EVER ( not a single shift I worked was I scheduled with her, I was actually told by a coworker that she purposely avoided scheduling herself with me...reasons unknown ) so for her to even make the claims she did about me made no sense either ...I really don't recommend working here unless you fit in with the general masses because The GM Sherry Constantino does not like to communicate effectively and doesn't like you if you have an ounce of genuineness about you. I do believe I triggered something within the general manager that made her dislike me ...something totally to do with herself and her alone. One thing I've learned in life is that people do not like it when you are authentic and it triggers people deeply, this experience has just led me to have a deeper trust within myself and to not let people's lack of integrity change my opinions and trust within myself and for that I am...

THE PERFECT PLACE FOR GETTING IT DONE!

I happened to pass by and see this place, not knowing it is a new establishment. I got the salted caramel ice cream and a vanilla caramel cold brew.

The ice cream is homemade and the best I’ve ever had anywhere I’ve been. The coffee was refreshing and provided tasteful clarity. It was nicely processed; there was no acidity that is characteristic of most coffee.

There was charging available at every table, and the owner, that owns the entire strip (including the Monroe) tactfully designed this place well. It is a PRIME place for studying as if you have a table, you have multiple charging stations available.

The vibe is top tier and even if you’re seated closely to another group, there is enough space that you feel separated. Not only that but IT IS QUIET. You can study IN PEACE. There is also not a large amount of homeless flowing in and out of the shop as in other establishments. The bathrooms are also clean due to the demographic that tends to patronize this establishment.

This place is not only worth your hard earned money, with great prices, amazing service, and amazing coffee and ice cream - both of which delivery a very smooth clarity in their delivery of flavor, enabling you taste each component of the coffee as you sip which is likewise with regard to the ice cream as well.

Overall 15/10, would recommend to any person who is looking for a nice, modern, quiet, neat, and clean place to get amazing food, coffee, and ice cream. You MUST attend this place. MUST. The parking is nicely situated. Any gripes would be nit picky and minor in my opinion.

Get here before 5pm to not deal with the insane amount of people that come to the Monroe. Parking is crucial after close of business!!!

Foxtail is truly a gem! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how inviting the shop was. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between cozy and lively, a great spot to start your day, spend time studying, or catching up with friends.

The assortment of coffee options is second to none, from expertly brewed classics to more adventurous creations. I really enjoyed how there’s some personalized drinks based off the employees! Their baked goods and breakfast offerings are absolutely delightful fresh, flavorful, and perfect for pairing with their fantastic coffee.

What really sets Foxtail apart, though, is the attentive and friendly staff, and how well managed they are! They go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. From recommending menu items to making sure your order is just right, their professionalism and warmth make the experience exceptional. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and I absolutely will be visiting...
