I HOPE HE HAS OR ILL CALL AGAIN AND ITS NOT GOING TO BE PRETTY... , he didn't leT me finish my sentence.. he was just a super rude employee.. and ITS NOT AS IF HE WAS BUSY! ) now I have technically Ive been waiting for a sandwich for 1 and a half hours now and if i had not called in i would have never guessed that the place was closed. plus its expensive, subway sandwiches are bigger and better, they are just missing the 24 / 7 hour of operations an they will be set. Jimmy John's suck! OH AND DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I ORDERED TWICE AND NEVER ORDERED AGAIN UNTIL TODAY? FIRST TIME I ORDERED A NOT SO GOOD SANDWICH WHICH WAS MY FAULT , AND IT WAS SMALl AND NOT TASTY. tHEN I ORDERED A DELIVERY OF TWO SUBS AND WHEN THEY GET HOME ONE OF THEM HAD A DEAD FLY IN BETWEEN THE TWO BREADS (LUCKILY IT WAS MY BROTHER'S SANDWICH WHO NEVER COMPLAINS (I did make him call an get another one) but still! ewww thats how well they clean and maintain the establishment. ewww (the only reason i was ordering from that place it was because i thought it had 24h service but now that it doesnt ILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN from there because it was not 1/3 not 2/3 it was ACTUALLY 3/3 bad experiences...AND THIS IS WHY I AM ...

I have ordered from the W Tennessee St Jimmy John’s countless times and rarely ever had an issue, but my experience today was absolutely UNREAL. They forgot the meat on our sandwiches (kind of the main part of a sandwich, right?). On top of that, the driver never even completed the order on their end, so who knows how long it was just sitting there at our security desk.
When I called to get it fixed, I was met with the rudest, most unprofessional manager I’ve ever dealt with in my life: David. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and simply remaking the order, he hung up on me when I explained there was no meat. When I called back, he told me in the most dismissive tone that he would “get to it when he gets to it” and that he was "waiting on drivers" and then hung up on me AGAIN. Who talks to paying customers like that??
I called back a third time and finally got ahold of Josiah, who was at least slightly more polite, but by that point, after the hostility from David, I could tell he was also annoyed and was told the Manager was actually David and he refused to speak with me. So at this point, I didn’t feel safe accepting any remade food. Honestly, I wouldn’t put it past David to tamper with it after how aggressive and disrespectful he was.
I am APPALLED. To be treated this way as a loyal customer is unacceptable. This is not just a “bad day” this is a manager who clearly has no business in customer service WHATSOEVER. Jimmy John’s, you need to take a hard look at who you’re putting in charge of your stores. Even if they are independently owned and operated.

Read moreI’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for the last two years and used to enjoy it, but lately the service has been really disappointing. Yesterday I ordered through DoorDash and when my sealed bag arrived, almost everything I ordered was missing except the sandwich. That means the store didn’t pack the order correctly.
When I called to let them know, I was basically told there was nothing they could do and that I had to go through DoorDash. The problem is, DoorDash doesn’t always give you a refund for missing items, so I was just out of money and food.
I decided to give them another chance today at lunch, and once again things were missing from my bag. It’s really frustrating to pay for food you never receive, especially when it’s not even that busy.
I don’t normally write reviews honestly, I always thought it was kind of corny but after two days in a row of bad service and no accountability, I felt like it needed to be said. For a place I’ve been loyal to for years, this is truly disappointing. And please, spare me the copy-and-paste automatic responses. What customers need is real accountability and...
