Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Well, I really really appreciated the great service that I received in the Drive-Thru at this particular Jimmy Johns. The young lady that helped me to sign up for the Jimmy John's rewards was very friendly and she answered all of my questions and did not seem in too big of a rush. I was very impressed by her and I wish I had gotten her name. Whoever reads this hopefully you will reward her. She is a young African-American lady that was working around the 6 p.m. hour of Memorial Day. Very professional! She should be promoted to manager if not already and then possibly even area supervisor or something of that nature. She is very talented and I really like the fact that she treated me with such kindness. We literally live around the corner from this Jimmy Johns and not once have we had a smooth delivery in the last 6 months. Every single order has been over an hour wait and I have had to call to even get the order delivered to us. Without calling to find out where the order is, it just doesn't show up. There is an excuse every time. No one seems to have any idea what is happening at this store but it certainly isn't like any other Jimmy Johns in town. I even tried ordering by way of DoorDash today and then was told AFTER I placed my order that they only allowed their drivers to do the delivery. Had I known that, I would have chosen somewhere else.

No idea what they're like in person but DO NOT order delivery...

Store manager gave my food away to someone else after it was paid for and then called the law when I asked him to resolve the issue. All other employees were nice and admitted they gave my food to the wrong person when they talked to the manager the store manager belittled the employees and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please help ensure your employees are not being abused by a bad manager. Please help ensure store manager is able to resolve issues in a professional manner. I will never come back and i will spread the word about this...
