On the 24th of April I went to lunch at this Panda Express that my wife and I go to very often. I ordered my food, went to the register to pay, showed the female my Veteran ID card to receive a 10% discount, payed the bill and that is when the following happened: ( "I was first told, I don't want this to offend you but do you even know what you are fighting for? You DO NOT know what you are fighting for, you got Osama Bin Laden you got Saddam Hussein, Why are you still over there killing innocent women and children? Innocent women and children are being killed by you every day. I saw the video on the internet news that white caucasian soldiers were killing innocent black women & children. It is wrong and you are getting away with it.") I was so shocked by her rant that I could not even respond. As my blood boiled and the words that came out of her mouth I picked up my food and left. I kept my composure and did not cause a scene out of respect for the families with the little children and the establishment itself as her rant was none of their doing. I went to my next destination and then proceeded to call the Panda Express and inform the manager of what happened (who is also Army) and he was "Flabbergasted". I the called the corporate number and complained to them at the experience I just had with Gianna, one of their employees. I was informed that my complaint was being escalated and that they would send me $30.00 in vouchers to compensate for my experience. Should I decide to re-visit this Panda Express in the future and the Gianna is still employed, I will never go there again and will make one final call to the corporate office and plaster this experience all over their social media pages. It just amazes me the ignorance of people these days. For starters, I was never in the wars mentioned. Read moreThe food is good. But, if you come within 2-3 hours of them closing they NEVER have food left. Most importantly, they are NOT willing to make more. If you do run into an employee that is willing to make more of something, they WILL make you feel like it is a burden.
POOR customer service. They also argue with each other.
I have called to place an order and been told that they don’t take orders over the phone they can only take orders online. That’s fine.... but when I came I came in and was told they were out of things, been asked to choose something different and when I got upset and said I would cancel the order then they turned around and said OK he’ll make more... And then waited out in the car for 45 minutes just to come back inside and be told that two of the employees here thought each other had done it.
I have been told to pull around and park for spring rolls which should take six minutes as per their verbalization, and waited 25 minutes.
Tonight they have no rice, no noodles, only super greens and are out of some entrees. I got here just past 8pm and they were also out of a meat entrée I wanted, but are making this for me.
I actually tried to order online supposed to decrease my waiting time but the website was not working when I tried to choose family plan it would not let me choose options of what I wanted to order.
On receiving my order they apologized and offered me a coupon for next time and appeared to feel bad about it taking so long. I don’t want any of the people to be zero doubt that work at this place, but it has been a repetitive problem, but it is super frustrating and irritating !!!!!
Update I got home and checked my food and am missing...

another update: new manager berated me for asking them to fill my boxes proper. then proceeded with light boxes. They said that was a kids meal. I said it's even more critical for growing kids need to eat!
update! i had some of the best customer service ever here! and the noodles were right on. felt like was important.

Tontelle is my go to service lady at this location so I gave all stars across board because of the perfect execution of food and service today. A+++!!! My boxes were full, and I have hungry kids on a budget too! I'm small but I eat like I have a hollow leg. Lol! Try the Beijing beef and their chow mein! Again thanks Tontelle! You make me feel like a valued regular...I drive clear across town to visit this location
Wow! If tontelle ain't there they are dropping ball for me again. Lots of people working and me being feeling odd and back bus. I watched my order be served ... simple order.
