Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I want to be fair and not blame this entire location. But I think they should be more careful of the delivery drivers they hire. Last night I ordered a few pizza's for late dinner after I got home from a weekend trip about 7:30-8:00 pm . Well because I live in the back part of the apartment complex and it's kind of hard to find my actual apartment. I usually turn my outside light on and will sit in my car listening to music waiting from my food and for incase the delivery driver can't see or find my apartment. Well I saw the delivery driver pulled up to my apartment and I guess he didn't see me sitting in my car, I looked right at him, but at the very same moment it started raining pretty hard. and the driver looked at the rain and just TOOK OFF !!!! didn't get a phone call or nothing. So when I immediately called Pizza Hut the young lady on the phone told that she had just got off the phone with my delivery driver and that he said, that he made several attempts to deliver my food, he said he knocked on my door and that he called twice. He straight out lied because he was afraid of a little water or rain didn't want to get wet. Because I was outside in my car and I saw him just pull off and I don't think that's right at all. So Pizza Hut please be more careful of who you hire to deliver your food to paying customers. I was so upset at the fact that he lied about knocking on my door and that he called. and when my food finally got delivered it was cold did not realize it because the pizza box was warm...

Pizza is great but customer service is horrible and the girl who works the front (supposedly a manager, black of course) she has a real attitude problem and she thinks everyone wants her man. That's why I think it's inappropriate for couples to work together and the general manager is LAZY! IT'S BEYOND UNORGANIZED... The only reason they got 2 Stars is because...

Ordered chicken wings was told you can't order all flats but would get a mixture for all drums called manager to see if they could do something he told me there was nothing he could do after being on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me bad customer service and won't eat the drums after speaking 50 for food fill they could refund or give a credit...
