Starbucks — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Starbucks; please keep a manager at this store to ensure that your staff 1) Know what they're doing, and 2) Don't treat the customers like we're stupid.

Very disappointed. Came by for a quick caffeine kick and had to stand at the counter for a hot 7+ minutes before we were even acknowledged enough to place an order (we had to wait so long because all 3 staff members were walking around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to make orders). When our orders were placed, they only had Tall-sized cups, and asked us to repeat our orders more than once because, apparently, what we were asking for (a few pumps of caramel and a blonde shot) were confusing for them. The staff then proceeded to laugh at our order and act as if we were stupid for asking.

Never spending my money at this location again, and with the way Starbucks seems to be going, we're likely to switch to 7Brew on the whole anyway.

Shape up. This...

Went for a quick trip to Target, we stopped in to grab a coffee at this location. The girl (brown curly hair) who rang us up was sweet, had great customer service - the two others(blonde and braids) were talking hateful about other customers when we’re standing less than 10 feet away. Then proceeded to talk about me and my drink Choice. Which they both said they had no idea what it was or why I ordered that. Both scowled at me when I replied it’s just three shots of “expresso and hazelnut”. Answering their question. They ignored me and started talking about me again like we weren’t standing there. Few mins later blonde sat my drink down and didn’t say anything. I asked if it was mine with an eye roll and a “yeah” behind it. Thanks keep up that...

My second visit of today however this was a different Starbucks, I was at Starbucks in southwood earlier today and then this evening I stop by Starbucks on Thomasville road. l was serve more than my peach green tea lemonade they are now serving bugs in their drinks.I am becoming more and more disgusted and disappointed with Starbucks.
