Tasty personal pizza! I love their options to order different style pizza with lots of sauces, toppings, doughs, cheeses, meats, veggies and finishes. Tastes delicious and fresh. I made a custom order with 1 x Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) (1 x $9.45) = $9.45 1 x Classic Dough (Vegan), 1 x Spicy Red Sauce 1 x Shredded Mozzarella, 1 x Grilled Chicken 1 x Artichokes, 1 x Banana Peppers 1 x Cherry Tomatoes, 1 x Fresh Basil 1 x Chopped Garlic, 1 x Green Bell Peppers 1 x Mushrooms,1 x Pineapple,1 x Onion 1 x Roasted Red Peppers,1 x Pesto Drizzle 1 x Arugula. I am giving only 4 star because they missed some toppings on my pizza. I would try again for different sauces and toppings.

As I mentioned tried another time today with pesto sauce and almost all toppings, they are not adding all the toppings we requested. My recent 2 orders they missed few toppings and finishings (pineapple, arugula and hot sauce on my second order)

Not sure why this place has such good reviews. Maybe I just got two really bad days? The first time I went I got my pizza decently quick, but it was just okay. Not bad, but nothing special. The dough was way too soft and felt undercooked.

At the very least they do have a decent array of toppings, even if the portioning was all over the place. I got a few tiny blops of ricotta cheese and a dusting of parmesan, but somehow an entire field’s worth of spinach on my pizza.

The second time I had to wait because it was pretty busy. I wasn’t super impressed because the person by the oven kept throwing away burnt pizzas and saying “Refire” but I didn’t feel like driving anywhere else so I decided to risk it. There were a ton of people standing by the pickup area. I figured it was just taking a while because they had so many pizzas to make, but after over half an hour I had to ask where my pizza was. Somehow they managed to lose my pizza somewhere in the process. Maybe handed out to another customer by accident? And instead of at least letting me skip the line to remake it they told me I’d have to wait through the long line again. At that point I’d been there for nearly an hour so I just asked for a refund and left.

Next time I’ll skip the line and just...

ROACHES !!! TLH - Magnolia Location: Normally the food is good. The service depends on who is working at this location when you show up. A recent visit was "exceptional". I walked in - walked down the cattle shoot towards the counter - saw a dead roach. Roaches rarely are alone. Early lunch time 11A local ... I proceed to inform the person at the counter taking orders - their response: "I can;t do anything about that I just work here". My response: "someone points out a health ahzard in a restaurant that you are employed at and actively working and it's not your job to address an insect infestation whena cust4omerf points this out to you" wow. 5 minutes of back and forth while he attempted to change the conversation to taking my order instead of acknowledging or addressing the roach (and potential colony somewhere on the property) he comes up with "I told someone to go tell the manager". Who? The invisible people standing next to you? @ problems with this situation (1) Roaches at a restaurant (2) The lack of concern by employees that don't care.

Finally BLAZE PIZZA does not have any direct online contact method to report complaints of this nature - so I'm airing the "dirty" roach problem of this location on a public...
