Whataburger by far has THE NICEST fast food staff I have ever experienced, both times I was greeted in the drive through with a positive attitude. I mean, one of the woman's name was literally Sunny, and she exemplified the high standards of customer service provided by fast food workers I now hope to expect. Compound that with the fact that this place is open for 24 hours, and that's simply awesome.

Now, onto the food, AKA the hashbrows/tater tots or sticks or whatever. The only thing I am willing to eat here as I practice Veganism.

I've reviewed each Tallahassee Fast Food Chain's Tater tots, as it's one of my favorite fast foods that I can eat as a vegan, here's how they stack up (spoiler: they're second place):

Burger King: 5/5 Whataburger: 4/5 Chick-Fil-A: 3/5 Sonic: 2/5 Dunkin': 1/5

Certified fatboy here. Have eaten here numerous times. They legit get something wrong with the order every time. Whether it's mayo that you didn't want on your burger or missing sauces that you paid for, something is always wrong. Sometimes (but mostly not) there is extremely rude staff. I've seen some things at this whataburger. And it aint always the crazy customers acting out, trust. Also, don't be a fool that lets them pull you forward in the drive through. I have been forgotten about numerous times. Furthermore, every time they do it that way, you have to go inside to get something they forgot. They forget ketchup just as a minimum every time. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I have had good meals and good customer service here, it's just so inconsistent and more often than that it is a pretty negative experience. Got to be the worse location I've ever been at. Service is the most important thing about the experience at any food place and this location has to be the worse in town. Anytime I hit their drive-thru, I have to wait around 5 minutes at the speaker before anyone gets to me...that's IF anyone does get to me. This instance happened about 6 months ago but I'd pulled around to the window to order, after waiting about 10 minutes at the speaker, and I am told their speaker has problems. After they explain their speaker situation, I am then asked to pull back around to get in line to order...after a huge line has formed behind me. After staying away from that location for a while, I went back today and couldn't get service through the drive-thru again. I've been hearing their speaker has issues for the past year so I hoped someone would've fixed it by now....
