Checkers — Restaurant in Tampa

I pulled up and walked up to the walk up window. They were dealing with one car in drive thru & 3 employees were outside sitting smoking. After the car left they thought it was funny to leave me standing at the window. Almost 5 minutes later, The girl cashier walked RIGHT UP TO THE WALK UP WINDOW AND WENT ON HER CELLPHONE. The cook went on his cellphone, laughed, then went outside with the others, smoking. The cashier finally opened the window and asked (thinking she was cute) "Do you want to order?"... WHY DO YOU THINK I WAS AT THE WINDOW?????? I said forget it, y'all are nasty, & y'all ain't getting my money ever again....

04/01/23 I went back even though I said I wouldn't...BOOM!!!😤😡😠💥 Employees were outside smoking them funny little cigarettes that they make themselves. Talking bout they weren't open anymore because they ALL were on a "Shift Change", so I couldn't order my lunch. They don't want to work, they won't get...

Last time I gave this exact Checkers 5 ⭐,and this time we were very very disappointed. The manager working the register had a customer that ordered wings and some other things. She answered the speaker with a, 'give me a minute.' I'm patient, so I had no problem waiting.

Until the 1 minute wait time turned into 25 minutes. By this time, there was a line behind me and I couldn't move out of the line sitting at the speaker. I drove up to the window, and this butthead is still there waiting for his food.

I was heated to see he still hadn't gotten his food, there was a line I was stuck in, and still had to wait another 10 minutes. 35 minutes in any fast food restaurant line is way too many. I'll never eat here again.

Wish I can rate this location a (0)..Always bad service I tried to give them another chance I stopped going here for a few months and guess what I went tonight AND HAD ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE SMH ALL WRONG SANDWICHES AGAIN after the person repeated my order also I said NO MAYO & GUESS WHAT ALL 4 SANDWICHES STILL HAD MAYO and to top it off one sandwich had TWO BOTTOM BUNS SMH & they only were taking cash no cards Cooperate will be getting a call it's always a problem up at this one it's either there out of ice, or cold food or you have to wait 5mins then they park you & forget you're waiting & THEY ALMOST NEVER HAVE GLOVES ON & be scratching there face and get mad when you ask a diff employee to make your food because they were just scratching then touch my food but guess what I'LL BE DRIVING FURTHER TO A BETTER ONE I HOPE ...SMH Y'ALL NEED TO...
