I have been going to this store for at least fifteen years even though I live in the Carrollwood/Lutz area. I've always felt very comfortable at this store & have always had great customer service. Unfortunately, I broke my most favorite and very old phone, which is why I had to stop by the store today. I had by far the most top-notch customer service experience today from a gentleman named "Arian"!! As a supervisor for a Top 5 Forbes company, I felt the need to share my experience! I walked in and was greeted as always, and then Arian assisted me. When I see assisted me, I mean he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! This is the exact experience I train all my employees for. He took his time(I have anxiety), explained everything more than once, and so on. He truly tailored the experience to my needs! You can 10000% tell that he takes pride in his work and it shows from how he speaks to his fellow colleagues in person & over the phone to how carefully he took care of my new and old phone!!!!    Read moreWhere do I start... I bought a brand new LG style 3.. FROM THE DAY I BOUGHT IT it has shut off and turned on all on its own.. I called and was advised to return it , so I did and then the guy has it on the diagnostic machine for 30 min. Says nothing is wrong with it... I take it home and low and behold it does it yet again and again... I take it back yet again and this time I am helped by MARVIN who tells me he has to order one from the warranty company which the other lady behind the counter says so your gonna get her a refurbished phone.... He swears up and down its not going to be. And so I call and YES IT WILL BE!! I didn't pay over 200.00 for a darn phone that I can buy refurbished for 60.00.... I felt so cheated and ripped off .... I have called the coorpatare number to no avail.they did offer me a free phone but it was the quality of the stone age again not even half of what I paid for originally.. There is no honesty here and they will tell you lies. This dealer makes MetroPCS look bad. I bought a device that they told me I could return if I wasn't satisfied. I returned a week later to return the device, And the first thing they told me is that it can't be returned. Against the 14-day return policy from MetroPCS. I called metropcs support and they told me that the dealer must return the device. After speaking with dealer support at MetroPCS, they forced them to return my money. How embarrassing it is like someone trying to steal your money in that dealer. I do recommend metropcs but not this location. I think METROPCS should intervene because, according to the comments, I'm not the only one who has been through...
