I am an dedicated CFA customer and I ALWAYS associate great quality food and great service with the brand. However, this CFA seems to have missed the memo. This was my first time going to the Westshore location and it will definitely be my last! The employees were RUDE, we were ignored for a while before they even acknowledged that we were WAITING IN LINE. An off the clock employee kept jumping in front of us and interrupting the young man while taking our order to get his stuff and with ridiculous complaints. And the food! That was the first time I've EVER had a CFA meal and not finish it. I'm usually licking the crumbs of the fry carton, but I could barely keep this meal down. Our fries were a limp, greasy mess with a bad aftertaste, our bread was stale and our pickles had big holes in them. Who the heck has fricking HOLES in ALL of the pickles????!!!! Read moreHorrible customer service! Delivered only partial of the order and the rudity of the staff Alexander who hung up on us twice and his manager Kourtney wouldnt come to the phone. We have many employees who clocked out for lunch and there's no lunch. Apparently, Kourtney is the owner manager and this is the way you treat customers. Unfortunately, they franchise locations so you never know what kind of treatment you will get. Then the guy who hung up on us said he would replace everything since so much was missing and when we got there as they demanded we come pick it up he refused to replace what he said he would.

Read moreOrdered food, waited for 30 minutes only to find out that they never made our food and closed down, shut off grills and even started cleaning. The manager was upset at the crew, sat there and argued with them in front of us. She blamed another family for taking our order, but we saw that family at their table eating as we arrived. I worked in fast food and my manager would have made sure the customer had that food before anyone left for the evening! The only other option was for us to get our money back. We were starving and the food court was closed at this point, so we had absolutely zero option to get food anywhere else in the food court. We had to walk all the way back to our car in the parking garage and drive to a Chick-fil-A outside of the mall! That is completely unacceptable! Horrible service!...
