I am on vacation and I love Chick-fil-A. I travel often and have visited many of them. Literally no complaints ever. This particular location I have been to on two different occasions just this week, and both times the order was messed up and the customer service was terrible. The first day I drove through the drive through and in my order I asked for the chicken wrap with lime avacado dressing , Mac cheese, and the 30 piece nugget meal with all chicfila sauce. After my kids and I pulled through I realized they had forgotten the dressing for my wrap, a fork for my son's Macncheese and that no chickfila sauce had been included. So I pulled around the very busy parking lot and parked in one of the spaces and saw one of the staff walking from another customers car toward the building. I stopped him because I had 3 grumpy hungry toddlers in the car and asked politely if he can bring me the lime avacado ranch, a fork, and chickfila sauce. He agreed and walked in the building. 10 minutes pass by and he doesn't come back out. I then walked into the building and to the counter and approached him to inquire about why he has not returned to me. He looked at me therefore acknowledging my presence, then he WALKED AWAY without saying a word to me. I then looked at another staff and pointed out that that staff member never brought my stuff out, and this older lady got my stuff, handed me two cookies and shooed me away as if I were nothing.
I then returned to this chickfila because my family outnumbered my vote. My husband's grilled chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through, there was a straw wrapper in my soup and they forgot my sauce again. This is just terrible customer service at this point. She is the only person at this place that is actually doing her job and not leisurely conversing with guest or refilling a drink for herself. She not only noticed me out of the countless employees that I’m sure were very much competent enough to take a order for a customer at a restaurant that prides themselves on exceptional customer service, but I digress. The saving grace for this particular location on this particular day 6/30/25 was Kimora. I will note that, Oscar did start to accommodate me with exquisite manners, after I made it pretty clear that prior to Kimora’s taking initiative, I was being ignored. In most cases I wouldn’t even make a single comment, however being blatantly ignored by an active staff of employees who are getting paid to do their job just didn’t sit very well with me. May God bless Kimora Mightily. And I do hope that the management at this location or even the corporate location takes heed to this review and considers Kimora for any promotion and or raise that is available. And this is not to slight any one employee, however this is a wonderful opportunity to use as a teachable moment for the future. I’m not sure of the employees names that are working the drive thru on this day, however they are also doing an excellent job with the rotation of vehicles.

Read moreHow many times do I have to contact your office? I still have not received a phone call or a refund for the catering order that was never received. This was not a $10 order, but a $160 order. I have re-explained my situation multiple times & no one seems to care. June 5th, I placed a catering order for my bridal party for June 18th. The confirmation email stated that funds would be deducted on June 17th. The funds were never deducted & upon checking the order at 7:00 AM that morning, it said my order was expired. Of course I couldn't speak with anyone at the store & we had to change plans & spend an additional $100 at a grocery store to make breakfast for the bridal party. The evening of June 18th, my account was charged the $160. I have been calling & emailing CFA for 3 weeks & the only response (email) I received was - "I'm so glad we were able to be apart of your special day and we'll do better next time." I need a refund for product that was never received. CFA was never apart of my special day because you failed to have my order ready & available, funds were NOT deducted the day prior, & I was NOT able to communicate with the store to coordinate. I am looking to get my $160 REFUNDED. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get ahold of someone who can actually do their due diligence and help me get my money back.
