I eat at chipotle 3-4 times per week Ana I always get the same meal (burrito bowl with chips, a drink and a small side of salt). This was actually my 1st time coming to this particular location as I do not live in the area. After my best friend and I had our bowls made, I asked for a side of salt. The lovely young lady who was doing the toppings went to grab a cup to put a little salt in it for me and a male employee (did not have on a name tag nor did he give me his name but he’s easy to spot because he has extremely bad dental hygiene, like a mouth full of rotted teeth) took the cup from her hand and stated that I could not have the FREE side of salt. I offered to pay (even though I’ve never had to before) and he told me no again and he had the audacity to stand there and smile showing those rotted nubs that he calls teeth like he just did something major while looking at the other customers. His reasoning was that he’s not allowed to give away any of the ingredients. I explained to him that I get the exact same thing Everytime I come and he said he does not care, he’s not giving me anything extra. I took my food against my better judgement and ate since this was time for me to spend w/ my best friend. Once I left the establishment, I called the corporate office and confirmed that there is no rule that states that salt or any other season ingredients can not be handed out. I tried to call the store multiple times to speak w/ a manager but my call was never answered and there are no voicemail options. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen or anything but come on, I just...
Read moreI am solely writing this review to speak on the manger that was working there yesterday, 4/12/24. Or at least I believe it was a manger by the way she was talking to people. If you are thinking of eating here, I beg of you not to. A place that would hire someone so rude should not get our money!!!
When my family and I came into the restaurant there was no line whatsoever. The manager in question was helping a family finish making their meals. As she’s finishing up, she looks around to find a worker, she then yells and I mean yells at her worker with a hijab on and starts being rude. The worker with the hijab was trying to get the front sitting area together. Which was MESS. There was food on the floor EVERYWHERE. They were empty on straws, the drink area was filthy, and each table had left over food/trash on it.
She had the nerve to yell at that lady when she was just trying to do her job. Which she was asked to do. Because she stated it once she was being yelled at in the middle of the store. I was sad to see someone treated like that.
After the manger finished up with a the customers in front of us she went back to the sink and start giggling, laughing, and making jokes with her workers about juice? While there was a line forming all the way to the door.
I’m not sure what her issue was but I absolutely want an email to a manger to speak about my experience. There is more to be told and I have saved my receipt to be sure I can back my story up. I am disgusted and I hope this isn’t something chipotle...
Read moreOne of the worst service I've had in a long time. Upon me entering the restaurant, there were 2 customers ahead of me in the line. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all.No one was behind me. I noticed, the Line Server,a young black male with short dreads, was aggressively tossing the customer's toppings into their Burrito Bowl. I saw the disappointment on the previous customer's face. When my turn came to order, I hesitated, hoping I wouldn't receive the same bad service. Of course, I was treated with the same "courtesy" the same Line Server, was rude, aggressive, and rushed me through the line as if it was busy and he had better things to do than his "actual job." In fact, he was more concerned about taking his co-workers Milkshake orders from the restaurant next door, PDQ. He was so sloppy and impatient putting my order together. I did not receive the proper portion, which I paid for extra protein. Nor did I get all the toppings I originally wanted to order. I was unsatisfied but I didn't want to call them out at that moment. However, I left feeling like I inconvenience the staff, eventhough I'm a paying customer. I called the order in right away. However, there's never a Manager to speak with on the phone. Chipotle has it designed so that a customer can't speak to a live person, to make a complaint. So I tried to put a complaint online. I submitted my receipt info and provided details of the incident. Yet, still...
