Deviant Libation — Restaurant in Tampa

I can't BELIEVE I haven't already posted a review. It's time to fix that now. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, navigating options at breweries can be challenging. Deviant Libation has been a fantastic change of pace! While I don’t drink beer, their gluten-free options are absolutely wonderful and have made me a loyal regular for life. (They have plenty of non-alcoholic drink options, too!)

The staff at Deviant Libation are consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Whether you’re inside the gorgeously designed space or enjoying the outside patio, the ambiance is perfect for a relaxed hangout or a lively gathering. They also host fun events and markets that make each visit a unique experience.

Deviant Libation is truly a place where everyone can feel welcome and accepted. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time in a warm and inclusive setting.

Pro tip: If you see Tim, the owner, ask him about what's been brewing! I promise you'll learn something new, and you'll never meet a...

This has definitely become my go to place for a beer after work. The taplist is all craft beer and most of it is local. As they recently opened they only have a few of their beers on tap and all of them have been amazing (so far I've had 3 sours and a stout). Bonus points for me is that they also have cans of NA beer.

The space is beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought went into every inch of the place. Even the lights look like the puzzle box from Hellraiser but cast the logo in light onto the wall (see pics).

The staff are consistently kind, fun to chat with, and always are happy to answer any questions I have. I always feel welcome here. I feel like I could take a date here, hang with friends, meet business partners, or just chill with a beer and a book and have a great time.

Great atmosphere, wonderful alcohol, and super nice employees.

If you're looking for a nice little goth spot in Tampa that's a bit more chill than the clubbing scene at the Castle, this is a great bar to check out! They're a brewery and distillery as well, so the alcohol is in-house. Though I will say, I don't drink beer, so I can only speak on their cocktails... but having had those, I can guarantee that their in-house vodka and whiskey are both delicious... so I imagine they probably know what they're doing with their beer as well. They also have tons of community events to get out to that are both fun and low-stakes. Definitely the place to go if you need to get out and socialize for the sake of your mental health but you're not big on...
