Today I went through the drive through at roughly 1:05 PM. I got to the menu board to order and was told to come to the window to order. I pulled around and waited behind another vehicle. I waited for roughly 7 minutes before i got to the window. I got to the window, and attempted to order a breakfast sandwich and two coffees. I was told that they don't serve breakfast after 11 (which is a lie because I had just ordered one a couple weeks prior in the afternoon). Lie #1. I then ordered two iced PSLs and provided a coupon. She (Cathy) took the coupon, yelled the order to someone across the shop and ran the card. Few mins later, was handed iced lattes, no syrup. I asked them to be remade. They remade them, and they were without syrup again. I asked for a refund. She told me that only managers could provide refunds and that there was nothing she could do for me. Lie #2. I told her i knew she wasn't being truthful and to please do it anyway. She "processed the refund" and gave my card back I asked that she provide a receipt. She gave me the receipt from my original transaction (which, mind you, didnt have the coupon on it). When i asked for the refund receipt, she said the system doesnt give receipts for refunds. Lie #3. When I started to push her to actually process the refund instead of continually lying to me, she asked if she could remake the drinks. I told her sure, attempt #3, why not. Few minutes later, we got the drinks and they were correct. I left at 1:27. 25 mins. I checked my bank account, no refund. Only the sale. I will never ever go back to this location, and I urge all of you to do the same. Support some of the local owned coffee shops instead, since this franchise doesn't care about you. I have to say it was a horrible experience. To start after we ordered and went to the window to pay. I gave them my daughters cc. Few min later they tried handing me cash back for change but I used my cc. . Then handed us our doughnuts and said thank you. We stayed there because we still have not received the rest of our order which was a egg and cheese croissants and an Ice T. So she asked us if there was something else and we said yes the rest of our order. Then she said I gave it to you and we showed her that all she gave us were the donuts. Then another guy came over and asked us what we were missing because she couldn't answer that even though we paid for it already. We told him he went and fixed the sandwich and gave it to us. The sandwich was cold but we didn't notice that until we had already pulled away on to the highway. We then were still sitting there waiting for Ice T when she said is there anything else? We told her we were still waiting for the Ice T. Meanwhile there are probly about 6 cars behind us waiting we finally did get our Ice T. The Ice T when we 1st drank it tasted like it had been sitting there for at least a week or 2. It was cloudy and had a sour bitter taste to it like it was really old. Also the girl never gave us our reciept. I dont think saying something to the manager would have made any difference because he seemed lost as well. I wasted alot of money today on nasty stuff. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Taking a big drink of that nasty tea was so bad. I am not sure why they were serving, what tasted like 2 week old tea. Read moreWe came to this dunkin donuts to get breakfast. When we got up to the window after ordering right before we paid we asked if we could add a cup of water to our order. The lady said no... then we asked why. She pretty much said that they aren't allowed to do that once you already completed the order. You would have to get back in line and go all the way back through the drive-thru and place another order. So then I asked her if we could just do a separate order right here for the cup of water and she said no. Also they charge 50 cents for a cup of water. Then all we ordered was four turkey egg and cheese wraps and they are very small. It took forever. They asked us to pull up and wait for our food after we had already waited about 5 minutes at the pay window. We then said to them we should get a complimentary water since we had to wait so long. Which they refused. Then after pulling up to the line we had to wait an additional 8 minutes. The turkey wraps were cold and the turkey was dry and chewy. Terrible experience, food and customer service here. Save yourself the money and the bad service and go...
