so i was in the drive through and when asked what to order they immediately put me on hold.. they came back 10 minutes later and took my order and asked me to pull up at the window (never gave me a total) so i get to the window the staff was loud chit chatting and joking with another client behind the counter they charged me (again no total not even a receipt) they asked me to full up front to wait so we are there waiting 15 minutes for 2 wake up wraps and a sandwich no body in front of us nobody behind us.. at this point i go in ask for a refund and they are chit chatting with the same customer taking their sweet time. i asked for the manager and a refund 5 minutes goes by still no manager and no refund.. instead they tried to bring me my order i kindly rejected it and asked for the manager again and a refund and the person who took my order rudely and disrespectfully shouts to the manager that i wanted a refund because i couldn't wait for my long a** order... so i started getting upset and i shouted to them what they did wrong and instead of giving me my refund they told me i was disrespectful and that i won't get my refund and i got mad because i told them the truth which is they will be replaced by robots and machines because they get paid an x amount of dollars to bullshit on the clock they never gave me a reciept or total and made we way 15 minutes for a small order.. the manager didnt seem to care she looked 15 years younger than me and i can see absolutly no managment experience hospitality manners ect from either of them including the manager .. at this point im frustrated and yes i may have gotten out of character.. they have kids in there disrepecting people and treating customers like trash i pull out my phone to record them disrepectfully ignore me and they finally went to issue my refund and instead of giving me a refund they purposely charged me again. yes i was charged again $40 later no food and bad customer service. this was the worst dunkin doughnuts i ever been to horrible service from both staff and management i will be reaching out to both corporate and...
Read moreI’m now not surprised after reading previous reviews about this location. Management/corporate really needs to assess what’s going on here. I pulled up about 715pm & the lobby was quite dark as in lights were off. I googled the closing time before getting out to verify if they were open, it said 9pm. So I went in about 7:22pm & inquired further. I was told the lights had burnt out in lobby. It looked more intentionally turned out to deter customers. The cashier confirmed they closed at 9pm so I ordered a coffee & wanted ice cream but told him I had a zoom meeting at 730pm so I’ll wait til right before closing to order it, he said ok. So at 8:06pm while quietly sitting in the corner alone doing my zoom mtg the cashier informed me the lobby was closed. I asked for a manager but none was available they stated. I said he told me 9pm he said no the lobby closes at 8 & drive thru closes at 9. This is bullcrap, bad service & a huge inconvenience as I’m in the middle of a meeting. I requested a refund for my coffee & asked why I wasn’t told in advance he said the cashier said he told me. Lies!! The sign at door nor does the internet state such! There’s no way a restaurant close at 9pm & staff all walks out at 9:06pm. Read moreWorst experience ever!! I had a coupon for a macchiato for $1.99 and I decided to stop by and redeem it, the coupon needs to be redeemed within 10 min or else expires. Like never before I waited over 20 min with only 3 cars before me on the drive thru, when it was my turn I told the lady on the window that they made me wait to long and my coupon expired, she called her manager and the manager rudely said she didn't know what I was talking about,that on her app the coupon doesn't expire after 10 min. Lady, first of all you should have people that are actually working and not on their phone and not knowing anything they're doing, you should be more familiar with the company you work for and you should never make your customers feel humiliated. I spend way too much money on coffee and food everyday, and I could've easily pay for my coffee,but just the fact that these people treated me like I was stupid and didn't even listen to what I said after they made me wait forever, made me so angry. Never ever again stopping by this place, I usually don't even bother writing reviews, most of the time nobody cares, but I really hope that if you google this place and read this you are aware that you're about to receive some very bad customer service.
