So disappointing, so many things just went wrong almost asked for my money back but in my older age I am starting to just know when to pick my battles & this one I just walked away from politely, Normally go thru drive thru, chose not to today because my car has been acting up & didn't want to be stuck in the drive thru, besides the point but anyways, go in. 1st mistake because it seemed like they were ONLY helping customers go to the drive thru, so I waited a wee bit extra. Then when I did get assistance gave my order asked if I wanted sauces, I said Honey not honey mustard just Honey, girl didn't want to come off more than a few packs of honey said they were for the biscuits not necessarily for the chicken. Ok well i use it for my chicken. When asked to speak with manager the manager refused to come over & then the girl came back handed me 3 more packs of honey. Now in all of this I am super proud of myself because I have not shouted, yelled, cussed, or anything else. Then as i got my fountain drink noticed a bug dead in a river of water next to fountain machine along with many other little bugs in same river of water along side fountain machine, wrapped one up in napkin & then again called manager over & asked him to open napkin. Didn't apologize or seem disgusted or anything just walked away after I tried telling him where I got it from. Then corn in order was old, dry & just yuck. I was there at 1 so it wasn't like it was too far from a lunch rush but regardless should have had better quality of food & service & the honey packet does say HONEY SAUCE...
Read moreI'm always courteous to customer service staff since I worked a customer service job for 15 years, and I know first hand how difficult it is. Unfortunately, it was wasted on the incredibly and needlessly rude service staff at this location, who were aggressively condescending to me completely unprompted. I didn't say or do anything unusual, just asked about the orders, and there was nothing in my tone or anything, but the cashier decided I was the one to bully today for some reason. I gave my usual 'thank you!' when receiving the food even though it was after the cashier was extremely rude to me, and the person who plopped the bag on the counter just stared at me like for a second like I was an idiot before walking away. I'm very disappointed in the people working at this location, and I will be praying for them. It's unfortunate that this location is the one conveniently located near my mom's house, since my mom loves KFC.
TL;DR - don't waste your time coming here; respect yourself. The staff here most certainly do not respect you, and I certainly wouldn't want people like that to be...
