I am a known Local Guide 🌎 and have been coming to this particular location since it first opened, I have NEVER had not one problem, until now. However, the young gentleman👨🏽🍳 that had first received my order, was very nice🤩 and polite👏 and had great customer service, just wanted to mention what I am used to... So, Yesterday on 7/9/25 I had purchased the largest portion as you can see from the LAST picture, I went to work and I consumed the orange🍊 and some of the lemon,🍋 but the blue raspberry 🫐tasted extremely foul, my plan was to come back today on 7/10/25 which I did, and relay this issue and to only get a correct blue raspberry flavor, that is all, well according to employee Yeniyza😫 I was to have had a picture📸 of the product from yesterday for her to do anything, once again I was busy, I had to go to work for the rest of the day,🌄 I have absolutely no understanding of this supposed action I was to take in order to receive the correct Flavor 🫐I had thought I'd purchased, but obviously did not receive, now I have looked all over the Internet 🖥️for an H.R number but came to no avail, also I had never seen this particular employee as long as I have been purchasing products from this location, but what I can say is that I do not believe in any way that this person is capable of working any customer service job if she is as rude to others as she was me, something so simple that could have been fixed turned into a complete waste of my time along with complete and utter disappointment, I had the receipt and the untouched portion that was incorrect, yes by now it has melted🧊 but that is not my problem, she should have done her job instead of rudely dissmissing...

From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the establishment lacked the professionalism and dedication one would expect from a reputable establishment. Firstly, the ambiance of the place felt rather ghetto. To make matters worse, the employees seemed disinterested and unmotivated to provide good customer service. Their attitudes were far from welcoming, and it felt as though they were just going through the motions of their job without any passion or care. It was evident that they lacked proper training in customer service, as they seemed ill-prepared to handle even the simplest of requests. Furthermore, the lack of organization and efficiency behind the counter was alarming. The employees appeared overwhelmed and unorganized, leading to excessive wait times and confusion. It seemed as though there was a severe lack of management oversight, which ultimately affected the overall customer experience. Overall, my visit to Jerimiah's Italian Ice was a letdown. From the uninviting atmosphere to the unenthusiastic and indifferent staff, the entire experience was far from what I expected. Dear Jeremiah’s Management,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unacceptable experience I had at one of your locations. On 4242 EBush Blvd at 7:30ish, I encountered an associate named Makayla who was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
As I approached the counter, Makayla used profanity and appeared visibly frustrated. She looked directly at me and continued with what she was doing without acknowledging my presence or asking a coworker to assist me. When I asked for help, she responded that she was “busy,” in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. This was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer.
After the interaction, I walked into the connected gas station to inquire if a supervisor was available, as I felt the situation needed to be addressed immediately.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role, especially in an establishment that prides itself on friendly service. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to address this matter and prevent future incidents of this nature.
